I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Bologna. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home from day one. The location is brilliant very walkable into the centre or to the local shops. It is very peaceful and you feel in a real community. The apartment likewise had everything you would need for longer stays and we felt upset to leave. Great host who is really responsive.

Paola was very friendly and the Airbnb itself is super fine, especially for Italian standards. It's in the center of bologna so don't expect to have silent nights, there is a bar directly at the corner. Apart from that it's a super cozy apartment and I would definitely book it again 👍

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Elisa’s place was perfect for us! We could park our car safely, the apartment was spotted clean and the breakfast very nice and convenient. We recommend it with no hesitation! Thank you Elisa, we will definitely come back 🤩

Casina di montagna veramente curata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Super cute apartment with a view across the valley. Beautiful place to wait out a rainstorm in. Loved the kitchen with a lot of light. Everything was very tastefully decorated, clearly with a personal touch. Stefano was super nice and welcoming.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Alvise's place was modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Hosts were easy to reach, and met us on the first day. Host had clean instructions and great recommendations on what's around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place!

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

We had another wonderful one month stay at Carlo’s apartment. It is bright and spacious with tasteful furniture. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. We love the terrace where we can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The large bathroom is bright and has a bathtub and shower. The washing machine is easy to use. There is abundant storage space in each room of the apartment. The upstairs bedroom conveniently has a second bathroom. My favorite thing about the bedroom is having windows on all sides with a panoramic view of Bologna. There is an elevator that takes you up to the front door on the third floor. The apartment is located a few steps from the City Center and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. As a host, Carlo is always helpful and responsive. We like his apartment so much that we stay there again and again when we visit Bologna.

Very cosy space close to a huge park. Parma downtown is easily walkable. Nico and Chiara were very responsive and accomodating regarding checkin and checkout. Would book again!

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Geweldig appartement in Bologna. Net buiten de stadsmuur waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Elena reageerde snel en ving ons op bij de locatie om alles uit te leggen. Ideaal dat er een privé parkeerplaats was waar onze auto veilig en gratis kon staan. Appartement was niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien: een fijn bed, moderne en schone badkamer en keuken, wasmachine en een balkon. Absolute aanrader!

Barbara sin leilighet er nydelig. Den er smakfullt innredet og alt er nytt og delikat. Vi hygget oss hver morgen med frokost på den koselige terrassen og spiste middag der de kveldene vi ikke spiste på restaurant. Barbara skaffet oss også en ekstra solstol slik at vi begge kunne sitte ute å slappe av og lese. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig og sjarmerende område. Vi følte oss hjemme her. Vi benyttet parken, som ligger rett over veien, veldig mye. Det var deilig å gå morgentur i parken, drikke kaffe på en av de små kafeene, eller ta et glass på et av serveringsstedene der før middag. Det at leiligheten ligger så sentralt i forhold til bussholdeplass var også helt perfekt. Man kommer seg raskt med bussen til sentralstasjonen og kan reise med tog på dagsturer til byene rundt. Vi bodde hos Barbaras i 10 døgn og elsket både byen og leiligheten. Dessuten er Barbara et veldig elskverdig menneske. Vi gleder og allerede til neste gang vi skal besøke Bologna. Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

Damiana is a great host and communicated very well with us. The apartment is modern and comfortable, yet it is within a traditional grand house. It has a little terrace at the back which is charming, quiet and perfect for two people to sit and relax with a glass of Soave or Pinot Grigio ??!! The location is brilliant, fairly central and only a few minutes walk to the main square. Bologna has a lot to offer and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.
