Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und hat passt gut in die Gegend. Von den zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien aus ist der Wienerwald sehr gut zu sehen. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Grundstück, das Haus und das Mobiliar sind mit viel Liebe und können gepflegt. Alles funktioniert tadellos. Als wir ankamen bekam wir gleich einen guten Tipp für einen Spaziergang. Es wurde uns nicht zuviel versprochen.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, moderní a také v docela blízké vzdálenosti od Vídně. Moc se nám to tu líbilo, ani nám nevadilo že nejsme přímo ve Vídni. Až sem pojedeme příště, určitě si zařídíme tohle ubytování znovu.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

Günter ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und wir haben uns in seiner Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist viel größer und schöner, als die Bilder es vermuten lassen, perfekt ausgestattet und der Garten ist traumhaft ruhig und schön- die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Eiersuche draußen zu Ostern gefreut! Die Bahnen 40, 9, 41 und 42 halten in der Nähe und fahren in die Innenstadt. Es gibt einen Euro Spar direkt um die Ecke und einige Restaurants und Bäcker. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Bildern und gemütlich. Der Gastgeber hat einem alles gezeigt, war sehr verständnisvoll, flexibel, sehr höflich und angenehm! Wir waren leider 20min zu spät wegen der Zugfahrt, danke für das Verständnis und das Warten sowie der Freundlichkeit! Er konnte uns auch Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Essen etc. geben. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zuhausig, in allem und bestem Sinn. Die Einrichtung ist ausgesucht für offenbar nicht nur Besuch. Die Räume sind so hoch, wie Wien es beträumt und der Fenster sind viele. Mit Hochparterre am Park ist auch spätabends keine Grabesstille zu erwarten. Das ist sehr hübsch lebendig und nur bei sehr leichtem Schlaf eine Erwägung wert. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gern wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Balkon in den Innenhof idyllisch. Florian ist uns sehr entgegengekommen und hat lieb geholfen. Tolle Wohnung!

We had a wonderful stay at Bettina’s place! The apartment was beautifully decorated with vibrant decorations and a cozy fireplace creating a truly unique and inspiring atmosphere. The location in Ottakring was perfect for exploring local cafes, restaurants, has an abundance of shops, and only 20 minutes away to Vienna center by public transportation. Bettina was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including well prepared guide book and a treat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy experience in Vienna!
