spotless. beds and sofas were comfortable. everything we needed. pleasant garden. quiet residential cul de sac (you can hardly hear the trains). beach was a short walk away. would make this our first choice when staying here again.

Clean, contemporary, uncluttered, comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen. Some traffic noise from the road, but it's to be expected. Easy to walk over the fields to Llandegla, and a very helpful host. Spot-on for all I needed overnight on a long-distance pilgrimage walk.

We booked this as a family trip for three for Easter. We arrived and found the property easily by following the instructions sent. There is one car parking space provided which was a decent size, we have previously had issues with tiny air bnb spaces. Easy access as there is a key pad on the door. The property itself matches the pictures, is clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy so was the sofa for sitting watching tv. The only criticism I could make is that some of the ceilings are low for me at 6ft 2 so watch your head haha. The hosts were great and communicated well and the location is absolutely spot on, walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short drive to the zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Would highly recommended!

Easy to find and responsive hoast . Amenities were great and all the family enjoyed the stay. Nell’s place is an ideal location to use as a base to visit local attractions over a few days .

What an absolute gem - Henfaes Isaf is simply beautiful. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, we loved every minute. Moyra & Ian are great hosts, very friendly and quick in their response to any queries and/or questions. We had a lovely stay that was so peaceful but also allowed us to enjoy time with our daughter, her partner and our grandson. Beautiful surroundings that felt like being in the countryside without being isolated. The space in the chalet was plenty for the four-plus-one of us, airy and expansive. It was easy to keep a fifteen month old boy, who is just getting mobile, safe and entertained. We were blessed with the Spring weather but even if it had been poor I think we'd have not felt claustrophobic and there was a cupboard with some board games to entertain. We would recommend Kay's for a countryside break away and with half hour access to nearby towns (Kelsall village is walkable), Chester Zoo and North Wales on the doorstep there was plenty to visit. Loved it!

The place was beautiful, as described. Everything you need. Tidy, comfy beds, complimentary coffee, tea, honey, jam and other bits. Check in easy, flexible. Quiet area, bang on beach. Great for walks/runs or just relaxing. Surrounding areas beautiful, easy to access. Would recommend for sure. We were a family of 4. Two kids, enough space for us 4. Thank you for having us.

So chuffed we found this place! As a group of 7 girls we had plenty of room, great location for nearby walks and easy access to eat/drink out. The novelty of the animals around the house was really fun and the house itself was lovely. Very comfy, had everything we needed and the luxury of the hot tub was an added plus. Julia was really great with all the information prior to arrival and the gentleman who look after the animals were super friendly. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.

My family had a very lovely stay at the apartment. Melissa was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The apartment was the perfect size for my family of 5, cozy and beautifully furnished. The apartment is located in a nice part of Altrincham. The fact that it is a gated compound was a huge plus for us in terms of safety considerations. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to visit our family! Thank you Melissa for being such a wonderful host.
