Nice that the pools were pretty quiet. Never had to wait for a chair...could always choose shade or sun. Akamai coffee is great! Overall, the complex is quiet and calm.

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

This little piece of heaven was so perfect for us. Exactly as described online. David was very responsive and his detailed instructions/descriptions were much appreciated. This little boutique resort is in the perfect location if you love privacy, yet value close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, beach and water activities. The hubs and I were looking forward to time to relax and reconnect, which David’s place provided. We very much also enjoyed watching the families there enjoy their time together as well and never felt like our space was infringed upon. There is nothing like a walk on Sugar Beach, which was a few steps out the door. The condo had everything we needed whether for cooking or chairs and coolers for relaxing on the beach or exploring. The washer/dryer was very clean and much appreciated for a midweek laundry refresh. Being on the fifth floor made for a great vantage point from the lanai for sunset and Whale watching. All in all, such a gem! Will defintly return

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Elise and Bruce's condo. Explored different beaches (walkable and drive to), did some biking, hiking, many books read, weather perfect as it usually is in S Kihei, enjoyed sunsets at the pool, and cribbage matches on the lanai after a day outside. Appreciated some food staples already in the cupboards and Safeway store not far away. Tried a Bruce-recommended Sushi restaurant (Avo was the name, I believe in Wailea) which we liked and also pre-booked at Star Noodle in Lahaina to enjoy another wonderful asian meal, otherwise cooking in and at the condo community BBQ. Well set up for a small family and recommend it.

Great condo within a quiet beachside resort. Haycraft Park beach a minute or two away. Restaurants at the harbour were first class - highly recommend Havens. Boats to Molokini crater just a short walk away. Tracey was superb with all communication.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful property and beach. Everything we needed was available. It was so helpful to have access to beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, etc.

We had a great time at this condo in Kihei. The waterfront location and building amenities were wonderful. The gigantic roof deck was perfect for viewing the sunset and full moon. The north Kihei location was very convenient for getting to all of the main spots on the island. The pictures of the view did not do it justice! This is truly a waterfront location that was very comfortable for a family of 4 and has truly spectacular views.

Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.
