Den was an absolutely great host!! Responsive, accommodative and kind...I "thought" I had my keys mixed up at 10 pm, and all I had to do was request, and she was there. The place itself was as advertised - not a photo off!! 2 rest-rooms, all conveniently places by the spaces we would use in addition to the 4 ensuite ones. A/Cs worked, fans whirred, hot water on-tap, cook-friendly kitchen...spot on!! So not hesitate, book it!!

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.

Hemos tenido muy buena estancia y en especial teniendo en cuenta que viajamos con niños. La zona es super tranquila y a la vez super conveniente, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterías, hospital.. también para hacer pedidos a domicilio. Ha sido muy buena experiencia. Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a Pattaya.

A very cozy and bright place with a stunning view! It had everything we needed, even slippers and a shower cap. There was also coffee and two bottles of water. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The mattress and pillows on the bed were very comfortable. I especially liked that there were flowers🤭 Highly recommend!

Overall, good stay. Issues with checking in. Instructions said to go to security, but when I did they said Airbnb isn’t allowed there and turned me away. I showed up at 2pm and didn’t get settled in until 6pm as host wasn’t to be found and then cleaning lady had to clean until 6. We pretty much missed the entire first day of arrival because of it. We also consider moving to the area and saw the host is a real estate agent and asked her how much a place like this would go for if we wanted to rent & she quoted us $1,050/mo USD. We walked down the road and saw a real estate agency with an identical apartment at the location listed for $600/mo. So that was a bit off putting knowing we were told American price and not local price. When looking at the listing, the location showed it was on the beach next to walking street. That wasn’t the case. Although it was still a fair location, it was about a 15 min walk to the beach/walking street. Other than those few things, it was a good stay

บ้านพักโอเค คุ้มค่ากับราคา แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไหร่ อาจจะเพราะช่วงนี้อากาศร้อนมาก แต่ในห้องมีพัดลมทุกห้องเลยช่วยได้ การเดินทางไปอาจจะลำบากถ้าไม่มีรถเพราะบ้านพักอยู่ในซอยลึก แต่ถ้ามีรถจะสะดวกหน่อย สามารถจอดรถได้หลายคันหน้าบ้าน

Stayed at Zoe’s place twice. Very new, nice, and clean. Easy to get around. A lot of good restaurants nearby. We picked her place because we have a little one and want to feel like we’re home.
