Il nostro soggiorno nella “Casetta Perfetta “ di Marina è stato piacevolissimo, grazie a un ambiente accogliente dotato di tutti i confort, con attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli, superando le nostre aspettative: dispensa fornita, bevande in frigo e un bel cesto di agrumi di sicilia. La posizione strategica ci ha consentito di visitare il centro storico di Palermo a piedi, e di accedere facilmente a tutti i servizi. Marina è un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a qualsiasi esigenza, dandoci anche ottimi suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consigliamo vivamente!

The flat was great and Elornira was a fantastic host - very helpful, friendly and communicated really well throughout. It was in a perfect location for exploring the city. So much was within walking distance - many of the main landmarks, an array of bars, markets, restaurants all a short walk. For day trips it was really easy to get to the train station or buses. The flat was really cute and cosy and really quiet considering the central location. A great base for exploring and a lovely place to chill for a shirt time before the next adventure. I would strongly recommend Eleonora as a host and the flat for exploring Palermo.

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem von innen wunderschönen und ganz besonderen Haus, welches sehr viel Charme hat. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Sven war zuverlässig und nett. Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist zwar nicht wunderschön, jedoch liegt das Haus direkt in der Altstadt und ist somit super gelegen und angebunden. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Great host, very flexible and problem solving. We came back and there was an ants invasion in the bedroom. Marino was very kind and offer us immediately his next door apartment until he solve the problem. Great experience!

The apartment was clean, in a historic neighborhood, and the bed and linens comfortable. Fulvio was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions, sitting down to meet us upon arrival and quick to respond. There was some noise coming from local construction and a restaurant's kitchen across the street, but it was nothing we couldn't sleep through.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und Giuseppe war außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit! Sferracavallo bietet ein wunderbar sizilianisches Flair, Giuseppe gibt nicht nur tolle Tipps, sondern steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 1,5 und 3,5) fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Zaira hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderwagen, Babybett und Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden. Als wir einen Stromausfall hatten, hat sie innerhalb von 1 Minute geantwortet und uns die Lösung gezeigt und wir hatten sofort wieder Licht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar im beheiztem Wasser baden. Die Kinder hatten extrem Spass und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Um die Gegend zu erkunden benötigt man ein Auto und ist in ca. 30min in Palermo und in 10min am Flughafen. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Veronica è stata una eccezionale Host. ha fatto veramente di tutto per accoglierci e farci sentire come a casa. Sempre disponibile a dare consigli ed indicazioni. L’appartamento è stato il punto di appoggio perfetto per il nostro tour della Sicilia occidentale. La zona è tranquilla , si fanno ottime colazioni al vicino Bar Baglio (granita da provare e gelato ottimo!) Noi non amiamo particolarmente la vita da spiaggia ma il mare è bello e raggiungibile in meno di due minuti. Anche la gastronomia e il ristorante vicini offrono ottimo cibo. Consigliatissimo e spero di avere l’occasione di tornare perché siamo stati bene, come a casa di un’amica! Grazie!

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Cute, fun apartment. Loved having the hot tub and BBQ. Comfy bed, strong shower, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped with oils, condiments, herbs, salt pepper etc. Quick gas hob (an unusual thing in Airbnbs!) Nespresso machine with lots of pods and an espresso pot. Location right in the middle of the action, everything walkable. The owners run a shop too with local delights, looking forward to enjoying my Marsala and chocolate tonight... Stairs not an issue for us, just remember to do the lights as you go!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Besonders genossen haben wir den herrlichen Garten, eine echte Oase! Mariano war stets erreichbar und reagierte sofort auf unsere Fragen. Mit seinen Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants haben wir tolle Plätze entdeckt, die wir sonst wohl übersehen hätten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gern wieder!"

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de prachtige tuin en natuurlijk het zwembad. Het Italiaanse weer was een fijn cadeau voor ons in april. De eigenaren zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk. Alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Extra tip: Wij hebben met een motorbootje gevaren via Makari Bootverhuur in Castellamare del Golfo. Heel gaaf om te doen. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! Arrivederci!

We had a great stay! The appartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. The rooftop is where we spent the most time , with a great view on surrounding monuments and a jacuzzi. Stefania booked a taxi to get us from the airport to the appartment and then to a private beach where she had made a reservation, which was a perfect way to get into this vacation. She was also very responsive when we had questions. We definitely recommend!

Au centre du marché dans une rue excentrée, le logement etait impeccable. Une hote bienveillante. Merci encore.

Casa molto ospitale e ottima per 2 persone. La zona è vicina a Mondello e comoda per passare le serate in centro. Il patio esterno non è completamente privata ma comoda la sera per stare un po' all'aria aperta. Daniela la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ha saputo consigliarci posti bellissimi da visitare in zona. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Ons verblijf bij Rossella was excellent. Een prachtig uitzicht en mooi appartement. Handdoeken, shampoo en douchegel waren ook aanwezig. (Zou handig zijn moest het vermeld worden bij de omschrijving. ) Alles was schoon. Als je van plan bent Sicilie te verkennen, is een auto noodzakelijk. Rossella was heel vriendelijk. Top host!! Excellent location, walkable restaurants, gelato, and points of interest nearby. Extremely spacious reception room for kids to play in and a private outdoor patio.

Nella sinfonia inebriante di colori sgargianti, profumi esotici e monumenti di rara bellezza diventa indispensabile avere la possibilità di un ritiro adeguato per rivisitare rigustare,riassaporare tutto quanto la generosa Palermo ci propone. L'appartamento di Jonathan e Marcella riesce a farlo a livelli eccezionali per il comfort della casa, per la cura del particolare, per il completo benessere di noi ospiti, per la ottima posizione che ci ha consentito di visitare il centro storico a piedi, per l'accoglienza solare e luminosa degli host, come il sole di SICILIA.

We had an enjoyable stay here for a month The location is perfect for our needs. Walkable to important historical landmarks grocery stores , and restaurants . The noise maybe an issue to sensitive ears but it’s expected if you want to be near where the action is. The rooms are bright and spacious , although we didn’t use the veranda because it isn’t warm enough and we didn’t want any insects in because there is no screen. Angela was very responsive to requests and communications and even bought a new microwave while we were there . Luca the person who assists Angela has been very very helpful to offer tips for places to shop etc . We stayed there for a month and we appreciated the adequate bath towels , linens, cleaning supplies available. We felt at home and will recommend this especially for older people because there is an elevator and a concierge in the building. Angela also recommended a taxi pickup from the airport which was helpful! Many thanks Angela !

Emplacement au calme. Maison très confortable. L’accès privé à la crique est facile et la crique est magnifique. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, Maurizio a été très flexible du début à la fin du séjour et de bon conseil. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!
