All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

A vintage farm house with parking available for multiple cars, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or horse trailers. Horse boarding is possible. Please message me. The property is located on an ATV/UTV route & snowmobile trail. 1.5 miles to Mondovi, 3 miles to The Barn at Mirror Lake, & 11 miles to Barn Again Lodge. The area is known for great deer hunting. No hunting on site at this time. Public hunting nearby at BIG SWAMP WILDLIFE AREA. It is a spacious house to stay while visiting the Mondovi area.
