We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you to stay here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 5 guest max. If you need something or there is a problem don't be afraid to ask or say something. We are here to help to make your visit stress free. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guests. *Cottage does not have a BBQ grill.

The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

This updated cottage is perfect for those who want a peaceful, countryside retreat with modern amenities.

This cottage is fully furnished, including couch, recliner, end tables, dining table for 4, work desk, king & queen size beds. Granite countertops in the full kitchen and bath. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house.
