Très joli petit appartement propre et bien équipé, qui permet de visiter Palerme à pied. À recommander !

Stefania’s place is wonderful. I loved the location, it is lively and central. Restaurants and bars/cafes everywhere. I was able to walk to all the sites or catch the bus on Via Roma. Supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and a great flea market on Sundays. The terrace was a real delight, as was Stefania herself. I felt like I had a friend in town from the moment I got there. I have my cats with me, and she prepared the flat with litter box, scoop, and cat dishes. She also warned me that the WiFi was weak, but I didn’t think it was, I streamed and had video calls with no difficulty. I only wish I had come during the spring or summer to enjoy time on the terrace more, but for the winter it was very warm and cozy. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the building and in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Homey stay in Palermo! Innocenzo and his family made us feel right at home in their beautiful stay. They thought of everything — coffee, water bottles, and recommendations for where to visit. Beautiful balconies and great location to walk to nearby food markets and restaurants. We were a family of 9 adults and we were extremely comfortable. Good WiFi if you are a digital nomad. Would highly recommend!

Jeg bodde i La Casa di Anna to uker i september 2024. Ble ønsket velkommen av verten Tiziana og hennes sønn (som snakker meget godt engelsk). Leiligheten er romslig, funksjonell og ren! Følte meg som hjemme og trivdes kjempegodt! Området rundt er et travelt boligstrøk med alt du trenger av butikker, spisesteder, trikk, buss og togstasjon noen minutters gange fra leiligheten. Det er dessuten grei gangavstand til for eksempel Teatro Massimo og Via Maqueda…. Tiziana er en super vert! Snill, omtenksom og veldig hjelpsom (kom innom to ganger for å hjelpe meg med diverse…). La Casa di Anna og Tiziana som vert anbefales varmt! Grazie mille per tutto, Tiziana😊

Besides hospitality and flexibility of our host, we really enjoyed the place, decoration and size of the apartment. We really could feel neoclassicism at its best in this very well maintained place without suffering any technical need of 21st century (like AC, WiFi, washers,...). To make the story complete, owner also has a nice wine yard and we were invited to wine tasting. And not to forget that cosmetic supplies are also done by the same property - very nice set that you can find in 5* hotels.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A lovely apartment in a lovely central area but with no noise. Top floor flat and stairs up were a challenge after a day out walking but not a problem. Communication was excellent as were the photos and description of the apartment. It was a shame the church view from the roof terrace was of scaffolding but this wasnt Antonino's fault!

We recommend Sandro’s place 200%! From the beautiful antique furnishings, to the calm outdoor spaces, to the useful equipment (bed and high chair) for our baby, to all of Sandro’s personal touches (such as fresh cannoli to enjoy upon arrival!), it could not have been a more comfortable stay. The apartment is outside the historic center of Palermo and the trip to the center is not easily walkable, but Sandro helped us with bus recommendations and even dropped us off in his car several times. We loved coming home to the peaceful environment he has created in his beautiful home, after full days in busy Palermo. We would visit again in a heartbeat! He is the most generous and hardworking Airbnb host I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Grazie mille, Sandro, we hope to see you someday in southern France!

hôtes très très accueillants, avec des attentions culinaires faites maison que toute la famille a dégusté. très belle maison avec tous les équipements nécessaires avec des ingrédients cuisine (dosette café, sel, huile d'olive). linge de lit et de toilette disponibles pour chaque personne, serviettes de plage également. La terrasse est très agréable pour dîner ou déjeuner à l'extérieur. la plage de sable accessible à quelques minutes à pied est très appréciable. le quartier est calme. Très réactif, disponible avec une communication amicale, chaleureuse et rapide. j'ai également apprécié le document transmis en avance et la prise de contact qui permet de préparer sereinement le séjour. bref le séjour était trop court. si nous revenons en Sicile, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette maison ou on se sent comme chez soi .

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Le logement est parfait, bien équipé, spacieux et propre. Fara est une personne extrêmement gentille, arrangeante et à l'écoute, elle nous a même proposée de venir à l'aéroport.

Sabrina was very responsive. Her place is spacious and clean. it os within walking distance from great restaurants and small bakeries! The small store across the streets owner and family are the best too! we would definitely stay a gain on another trip!

Ein sehr schöner Ort. Entspannend. Wo man sich wohl und daheim fühlt. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was man benötigt. In der Küche ist sogar alles da, um zu kochen. Und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine. Die zwei Terrassen sind klasse, um zu entspannen. Die Location ist ruhig und in in einer landschaftlich sehr schöner Umgebung. Man sieht Berge und das Meer, einfach klasse! Gefrühstückt haben wir immer im Café schräg gegenüber und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, zu essen, Strände, Hafen sind innerhalb von ca.10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. In San Vito findet man einen wunderschönen Stadtstrand mit Wasser glasklar und wunderbar türkis. In Macari gibt es mehrere Badebuchten mitten in der Natur mit ebenfalls so schönem Strand und Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Max war unser direkter Ansprechpartner und hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt und war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

L’appartement de Francesca bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ancien à pied. Il est spacieux, coquet rempli de livres d’art. Rien ne manque! La terrasse verdoyante et fleurie est très agréable. Francesca nous a organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport, c’était fort agréable du fait de notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci Francesca!

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Giulianas mycket fina boende. Det är en väldigt härlig och fantastiskt vackert inredd lägenhet som vi trivdes mycket bra i. Det var nära sevärdheter och butiker, lätt att hitta parkering och ett lugnt område. Giuliana var också mycket trevlig att kommunicera med - vi återkommer mycket gärna hit!

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Excellent location if you are looking for a central location within walking distance to many of Palermo's main attractions. Massimiliano met us to go to the apartment which is located within the main market, so require a walk through the market to get to it. It is advisable to have luggage with wheels to pull to the apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of his building (2nd from the top) with a small terrace looking straight out to the dome of the church in front. Our stay was over a weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant located on the ground floor, but that tapered off around midnight and wouldn't be an issue during the summer if you had the windows closed with the air conditioning running. We were there in April so just left the windows open at night for fresh air. If you are looking for a place in the city, and want to see sites without needing a car, this is a great place.

Paolo is very kind, proactive and gives all his attention to have his guests happy. The flat is very well located, very close to the center but in a more quiet place. Nice view from the bedrooms. The flat is rather spacious and we could use Paolo's washing machine. All was perfectly clean. We will be happy to come back at Paolo's apartment!

Casetta ben curata ed in una zona tranquilla e nel mezzo del centro di Palermo. Massimiliano è stato sempre molto gentile e pronto a fornire qualsiasi indicazione necessaria. Speriamo di tornare presto.
