The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The Honey Bear cabin is a custom log home, on a private 5 acre park-like setting. Enjoy a large living room with a stone fireplace and dramatic soaring ceilings. Large master bedroom, with a king size bed and rustic cabin decor. Enjoy country cooking in the oversized kitchen thats well stocked with everything you need. Two bedrooms upstairs with a queen size bed each, and extra TV in the bedroom. Relax and unwind on the covered porch, entertain on the spacious deck and stargaze by the camp 🔥.

Relax and enjoy the warmth of a toasty fire, sipping cocoa, roast marshmallows or soak in the hot tub in the covered outdoor patio. Enjoy the country setting while still being close to town! The home is located on a small farm where people come and go to take care of the animals. It is also located next to a business which occasionally has clients visiting as well as deliveries being made. The hours are from 8am -5pm. Please note: There is sometimes noise from traffic on the rural highway.

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.
