Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

Appartamento molto grazioso ideale per fare 2 passi nel centro storico di Umbertide, facile trovare posteggio nelle vie intorno. Si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico e racchiude in se tanti piccoli dettagli che lo rendono affascinante. Sabrina è un host che vi risponderà rapidamente ad ogni domanda.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Antonio's place! The surroundings and the views were stunningly beautiful with a view over the rolling hills of Tuscany in all directions. The house had a special charm as it's centuries old, but nicely and recently renovated and beautifully decorated. A perfect place for a relaxing stay, and nicely located if you have a car to reach both Florence and other sights in Tuscany. The hosts were super welcoming as well. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place!

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

L’alloiggio di Alessandro fa al caso vostro, una casetta piccola immersa nel verde con un paesaggio mozzafiato, gli unici rumori che sentirete saranno quelli della natura che vi circonda, Alessando è stato un host eccezzionale simpatico sorridente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore…

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

We enjoyed our two nights at Louise’s home. She was very helpful with recommendations and very quick to respond to questions.

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Place was beyond beautiful. House was perfectly well maintained and Bianca was a very warm and responsive host. Amenities were great. One cannot regret choosing this property. It was genuinely a very good deal.

È stato tutto perfetto. Da Gabriella e Mario non si va incontro a brutte sorprese, anzi! È tutto corrispondente alle foto e alle descrizioni da loro fornite con cura. Come da loro descritto, è necessario munirsi di auto per potersi spostare con facilità per poi prendere i mezzi (che sono super efficienti). Come e dove prendere i mezzi ci è stato spiegato con pazienza e passione. N.B. Ci tenevo a precisare per i futuri ospiti che se usate, come me, un'applicazione diversa da Google Maps come navigatore, vi conviene passare a Google una volta che siete quasi giunti alla meta per poter trovare con precisione l'indirizzo! (Ma in ogni caso non c'è niente da temere perché loro sapranno darvi indicazioni precise per arrivare a destinazione e se necessario vi verranno anche incontro) p.s. forniscono anche un kit di benvenuto per la prima colazione e l'igiene davvero molto apprezzato
