Unser Aufenthalt bei Stefano war wirklich auf einem tollem Niveau. Die Unterkunft war großzügig mit einem tollen Gartenbereich. Stefano war stets ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Unterkunft für ruhesuchende sehr empfehlen. Porto Stefano ist ca 10min mit dem Bus entfernt und Orbetello fussläufig erreichbar.

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement propre, hyper fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la cité du Vatican dans une ruelle calme. Ainsi, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied comme nous le souhaitions : le chateau St Ange, la fontaine de Trevi, le colisée, le panthéon, le circus Maximus, la via del Corso .... Et bien sûr, le musée du Vatican, la Chapelle Sixtine et (en d'autres occasions car nous y étions la semaine du décès du pape) la cathédrale St Pierre (visite remplacée par la magnifique Cathédrale Ste Marie Majeure). Et si vous n'aimer marcher, il y a un grand nombre de lignes de bus à proximité. Enfin, il y a pléthore de restaurants très bien notés à proximité. Bref, je suis ravie d'avoir choisi le logement de Laura et Lorenzo pour ce séjour dans cette ville époustouflante de beauté.

Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Encore merci Augusto (papa d'Alessandro) pour cette semaine merveilleuse dans votre maison et de toutes vos attentions ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Eugenia's home is located in a great area and she was great in communicating with us. She was able to get us a car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia and drop us at at the Rome airport FCO. That was very helpful, as the drivers knew exactly where to go and were very helpful with our luggage!

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Wasser und Monte Argentario war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche, in der wir gerne gekocht haben – super ausgestattet und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Antonio war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr nette Unterhaltungen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Zuletzt: Auto konnte man super unterstellen (kleine Garage in der Nähe der Wohnung). Absolutes must-have für Monte Argentario, Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich hier sonst schwierig.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
