Benvenuto all' interno di un ex monastero del 1100 d. C., nella bellissima campagna Umbra. A 15 minuti dal centro di Perugia, è un luogo strategico per visitare tutta l'Umbria. Ritrova la pace in uno spazio con finiture originali e dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è composta da un piccolo giardino, un open space con cucina, ripostiglio e salotto. Al piano superiore ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno, entrambi dotati di una vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio privato, bar alimentari fornito a 5 min.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
