Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!

Excellent! Our family was only here for one night but this was a great apartment. Near the train station and easy to walk around the city. We were surprised with some nice pastries and coffee which was great for our early morning flight the next day.

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...

Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!
