Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Montefiascone

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und die Terrasse sind traumhaft. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Ort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein extrem gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan und auch die Kommunikation mit Caleb war einfach, er hat sich direkt gekümmert wenn es ein Problem gab.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

Un piccolo e splendido angolo di paradiso immerso nella campagna umbra. Rina è suo figlio sono stati super accoglienti e disponibili per fornirci tutti i comfort possibili durante il soggiorno. In più l’appartamento è una chicca, arredato con gusto e in posizione strategica per girare nelle località attorno come Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi ecc. grazie ancora a Rina e alla sua famiglia per questo soggiorno.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Staying here was such a unique experience! The layout of the space was creative and full of character — it was so much fun to explore all the little details. A truly memorable stay that felt different from anywhere else I’ve been. Highly recommend!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e la posizione è ottima per visitare i dintorni. Nicoletta e Gabriela sono state molto gentili e disponibili.

The flat was spotless, cozy, and full of character, making it feel like a true home away from home. Simona was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt cared for and relaxed throughout our visit. I can't recommend this place enough — we are already dreaming of coming back!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso casa Agave con il nostro amico a 4 zampe: alloggio pulito e ordinato, immerso nella tranquillità della compagna Toscana. Terme di Saturnia a 10 minuti di auto, ma comodo anche per visitare la zona del lago di Bolsena. Francesca host gentilissima, ci ha consigliato posti per mangiare ed eventi locali!

Francesca's place was everything we wanted and more. We needed a break from the hustle and bustle Florence and before driving to Rome. We wanted to spend some time in the rural Tuscany wine country and this was it. We were able to wake up to views of a beautiful landscape and settle down in the evenings with the same views. Having a vehicle helped greatly in getting to the place as well as shopping in the nearby towns, all of them were mountain top villages offering beautiful vistas as well. We were also very close to the Saturna Hot Springs and Francesca was very helpful with supplying towels for the outing. Suggest getting settled in with a bottle of wine, meats and some cheese and take in the views from the private balcony. Francesca is very innovative and very willing to help answer questions and provide electric bike rentals and tour guides. There are lots of hiking trails not far from the place if you enjoy doing those activities. We look forward to our next visit.
