The place was as described and clean. Had everything I needed. The place was close to the train station and was able to walk everywhere, with 2 supermarkets close. Would recommend for long stays.

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

Excellent séjour : L'accueil de Vito est cordial et sympathique, il nous donne toutes les informations utiles et reste disponible. Il a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à l'arrêt de bus après nous avoir transmis les consignes pour venir jusque-là. Son appartement est bien agencé, dans un endroit calme et bien relié au centre de Venise par le bus. Nous recommandons de séjourner chez Vito

Review by my daughter (11 years old): When we arrived, we got kindly greeted and quickly shown to the apartment. As soon as we entered, everything was clean and noticeably well cared for. The owner made it clear that if we needed anything we could simply send him a text and he would do his best to deliver what we needed. The location was also very peaceful and quiet so you will have no problem in having a good nights rest. The apartment and stay was overall very pleasant and I would definitely recommend if you want to have a good time in Venice. It's close to the train station.

Jacob was very responsive. Showed us how to use the washing machine when we were uncertain. Also was flexible with checking out time. Linen and towels were replaced within a few days. Complementary bottle of wine was available upon checking in and the kitchen was self contained. We loved our stay at this centrally located apartment and intend to stay again in the future. Thank you Jacob.

Luigi und seine Frau haben uns persönlich begrüßt und gaben uns Tips zum Einkaufen, Abendessen und für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Das ist inzwischen sehr selten, umso mehr hat es uns gefreut, die Gastgeber kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung allen empfehlen.

Host gentilissima! Un appartamento molto carino con un carattere, ha un'identità precisa e racconta un pezzo di tutte le persone che vi hanno alloggiato. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi e i luoghi di interesse in pochi minuti di auto, condominio tranquillo e posto auto privato all'interno del cortile. Appartamento molto pulito e con tutti i confort, consigliato!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Orlando war perfekt!! Die Wohnung hell, großzügig, sehr sauber und die Lage optimal! Orlando hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet! Seine Tipps betr. Ausflüge und Restaurants waren sehr nützlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Simpatico ed elegante appartamento/mansarda giusto fuori dal centro in cortile tranquillo e silenzioso, ma vicinissimo a tutto. Per arrivare in centro c'è solo una piacevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Nei dintorni, c'è tutto, supermercato a pochi passi, ristoranti, bar, negozietti di ogni tipo. Letto comodo, bagno funzionale e completo di tutto il necessario. Smart TV delle giuste dimensioni per ogni necessità. Io non ho usato la cucina, ma per chi lo desidera, c'è anche tutto il necessario. Internet Wi-Fi affidabile. Ma soprattutto, il proprietario sempre disponibile e davvero molto gentile e concreto. Molto raccomandato per un soggiorno di piacere o di lavoro a Vicenza.

Davide ile iletişim çok hızlı ve çözüm odaklıydı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi ve çok konforluydu. Otobüs durağına 5 dakika mesafede, ve bir otobüsle venedik otobüs terminaline kadar ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Venedik tatili için kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir ev.

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno da Marzia e Alessandro. Mi sono sentita a casa, l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la casa era pulita e ordinata. Ottima posizione. Marzia è una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

Logement à la hauteur des attentes, très propre avec toutes les commodités, climatisation, confort impeccable, machine à laver, extérieur très agréable. Et des propriétaires au top !!! Très gentil et à l’écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. En résumé, location et personne au top !!! On ne voulait plus partir. Si nous devons retourner en Italie, ce sera chez Maria Carla et Renzo que nous saluons tendrement. Isabelle et David

Appartamento bellissimo, tutto nuovo, impeccabile e pulito. Si trova al centro, a pochi minuti dalla cappella degli Scrovegni e dall' università. Superconsigliato

we verbleven 2 nachten in het verblijf. We hebben erg van ons verblijf genoten. Door vertraging op het vliegveld kwamen we later aan, maar dit was geen probleem en we kwamen zeer gemakkelijk binnen. De omgeving is erg mooi en er zijn een aantal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes te vinden.

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto. La zona è tranquilla e rurale, ma nel raggio di 5 km si trovano numerosi ristoranti. L'appartamento è molto pulito e nuovo. Le città di Vicenza e Padova sono facilmente raggiungibili e meritano una visita. Massimiliano è molto gentile e risponde rapidamente alle richieste. In generale, un soggiorno eccellente!

Abbiamo passato cinque giorni alla Perla e ci siamo trovati molto bene. abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e l'area spa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Flavio è stato un host molto premuroso e gentile, ci ha accolto al check-in e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Anche la posizione, ci ha permesso di visitare luoghi e città bellissime.

Ha estat una estada molt confortable. La ubicació excel·lent amb totes les facilitats de transport públic per anar a Venècia. A més, la Amfitriona ha estat molt resolutiva en tot.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

I cant explain how amazing it was. I was very impressed with the room and how clean evertything was! The pool and sauna are worth every penny, it was very relaxing! The host is kind, very responsive and helpfull. I enjoyed every minute and i I recommend it to anyone coming to this part of Italy!

Camilla e Alessandro super gentili e disponibili, l'alloggio molto grande e spazioso, accogliente, come entrare in una casa di famiglia. 5 minuti a piedi c'è un grande supermercato, una fermata d'autobus che porta in centro e alla stazione, e poco oltre (Corso Milano) portici con un sacco di negozi per tutto ciò che possa servire. Dall'alloggio di Camilla si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le destinazioni turistiche in un tempo che può andare dai 20 ai 45 minuti massimo. La passeggiata tra l'altro è piacevole perché Padova è una città bellissima.
