What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Achmit war großartig! Der Check-in war dank seiner klaren Anweisungen super einfach. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Achmit war stets um unser Wohl bemüht und hat uns bei Fragen zu Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt unterstützt. Man fühlt sich bei ihm rundum gut aufgehoben – absolut empfehlenswert!

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We would strongly recommend this accommodation, a great location with a 10 min walk to the metro, all the amenities you’d wish for, very clean and comfortable ( the photos don’t do it justice). We’d stay here again,

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic studio apartment in the heart of beautiful Le Marais. It has everything you need for a great stay. Easy walking to multiple metro stations, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. I was so sad to leave, I had a wonderful week and hope to be able to visit again. Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Appartement bien situé, très propre. Valérie fut arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Bon accueil. Facilité d'accès à Paris centre par métro 4 et bus 68. Commerces au bas de l'immeuble. Une suggestion (pour les peu doués comme moi): laisser à disposition un mode d'emploi du four micro-ondes.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!

One of the most remarkable houses we have stayed in - a real paradise on the outskirts of Paris. We were a family of 6 (3 young children and 3 adults) and had a lovely week at the house. Everything you need is on your doorstep and the house itself is perfect. The garden is a haven for children to run around and explore. We would come back in a heartbeat.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!
