Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

The studio has a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined bedroom/dining/work area with blackout curtains to keep the space comfortable for those who want to sleep in. Wifi is 400 Mbps. Host pays 100% of Airbnb fees.

The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Crispin Cottage

A small but cozy cabin, warmed by our kerosene heater in the winter and with a small air conditioner for the heat waves of summer. The sunroom maintained by my sister is warm on sunny winter days and cool during the summer. Our property is peaceful, with only my mother, sister and my sister's grandson living in the two other dwellings on the three acre property. We offer complete privacy for those that prefer it; or for those that enjoy it, we love meeting and gretting our guests.

Willits Cozy Cottage

Quaint little guest unit in walking distance to the Skunk train depot and downtown Willits. It has its own private fenced in yard as well as a large shared patio area. It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.
