The Guesthouse & Black Bear's Brown Cabin

With this listing you have access to the Guesthouse for up to 10 guests. In addition Black Bear's Brown Cabin ONLY if group size exceeds 8 and you have paid for additional guests . Other units on property including the TeePee are not included. Surrounded by national forest, just 2 miles from the IMBA EPIC bike trail (the Womble) Crystal digging & beautiful Lake Ouachita is just 15 min. away. Ouachita river access is just 1/4 of a mile away. Pet Fee of $10/night/pet in addition to rental fee.

The house is located in a gated community about 1 mile from Lake Ouachita & 23 miles from Hot Springs. The lake is noted for its pristine beauty and is a mecca for fishing, boating and camping. The rental guest quarters are separated from the main home by a breezeway. Access to the kitchen and laundry are also available to guests, if requested. Hiking trails are nearby for those who enjoy communing with nature. I will be available at times for visiting and for answering any questions.

This is a beautiful 3 story cabin located in a quiet and wooded setting on the Ouachita river. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a king and a full bed, and a basement with one bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms. There is a pool table in the basement and a private hot tub on the deck for your enjoyment. There's a full kitchen & a cozy living area with satellite and a fireplace. There is also a charcoal grill. There is a pool on the property for all guests to use.

This beautiful property is called The Lost Cabin at the Creek because it is an excellent place to disconnect, escape and relax. The creek provides great opportunities for fishing, swimming, exploring, viewing wildlife, and generally enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was constructed in 2013 and provides two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, screened-in back porch, hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, and all the amenities necessary.
