We were shocked at how well stocked the house was! She has everything you could possibly want and need to feel right at home. Even though it’s a townhouse, it was very quiet and private. We really enjoyed our stay and the electric fireplace was a nice touch especially with all the cold weather and snow this week. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Had a great time at Fatemeh’s home! House was super clean and just as described in the pictures. Fatemeh was very responsive and quickly resolved any minor issues I had.

The house was amazing! It exceeded our expectations with the attention to every Harry Potter-themed detail. We enjoyed the escape room, and wish we had more time to do the scavenger hunt and take advantage of other activities. Spending more than one night would have made it ideal. We had a group of mixed ages- from a baby, to elementary aged kids, to teenagers, to adults, and everyone enjoyed it. Wonderful location and plenty of space to host lots of people. Thanks!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Jack is very responsive and friendly. House and property are peaceful and a there’s a small play ground with swings just outside the door which was perfect for kids. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Paola’s home is a special find. It is tastefully designed and well-appointed with interesting art and furnishings. The large living room worked well for my daughter’s bridal shower. It is located in a super quiet and safe feeling section of NW near Silver Spring. I highly recommend Paola’s house.

Great stay, perfect size for a family of four. The home was well maintained and nicely furnished. Charlotte was responsive when the stove didn’t work and got it fixed quickly. Overall, as advertised.

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

This is an amazing spot for a family! we are a family of 5 that walked alllll day in the city and then crashed at night. this space was perfect. the train was not a deterrent at all with our exhaustion and sound machines! We are actually thinking of renting again next year!!

Excellent accommodations! Lots of space, everything you need for a long stay, and with high-end feel. Very safe, walkable neighborhood with deer in your yard. Clean, comfortable, safe, responsive. Must be ok with climbing steps, transporting luggage etc across large yard, and some footsteps from upstairs. These hosts are flexible and very helpful. Highly recommend. Thanks Tima, Abe & Mose!!

I have stayed at this Airbnb with a friend many times, and it is truly the nicest place I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The home is cozy and inviting, and Mehrdad and Anna are the sweetest and most kind people. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Great space, it did feel like you were staying in a family members home, just without the family there haha! It was a great location to walk the dogs and to hop on the metro to head into DC. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the metro station and 25 minute train ride to metro center. Very clean and super nice host! Would stay here again for future DC concert weekends.

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

Very comfortable light filled space. Loved that there was space to spread out but also eat meals together as a big group.

Daniel’s place was absolutely outstanding! The description and photos were spot-on, and the house itself was impeccably clean. It was such a treat to have a peaceful backyard and a driveway—rare finds in the DC area! The single-level, open floor plan made it easy for our family to relax, share meals, and enjoy games together over the holiday weekend. This is a small house with three bedrooms, on a quiet street in Hyattsville. There is good on-street parking. The house is renovated and nicely decorated.
