David's listing was an ideal space for a group of guys visiting Washington DC as tourists. The property was spacious and provided private space for us to rest and relax, while providing open space for us to gather and watch TV. The location allowed us to get away from the tourist area, but to enjoy local DC eateries within walking distance. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was more than safe. I look forward to visiting and reserving again with my family.

Looks exactly as listed! Clean, bright, newly remodeled and walking distance to metro and downtown Rockville; perfect for our purposes!

We had a great stay and the place was a great value given the size and amenities. I was a little skeptical, given how new the listing was, but took a chance given the host's "super host" status with other properties. And the super host status showed in how nicely appointed the place was--one of the nicest we've stayed at. The jacuzzi was a little fiddly and I had to reset the circuit breaker several times, but I used it most nights--an added bonus. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were a bit removed from where I had hoped to stay, but we also were not in a cramped "English basement" dungeon that cost far more.

We met our adult children to celebrate Easter and tour the DC area. The home was roomy, comfortable, and SUPER CLEAN. It was wonderful. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also could gather for meals and movies. Jittima was easy to communicate with, and included a lot of amenities to make our trip easier (ie laundry soap, coffee, tea.).

We had a wonderful time at Marie’s beautiful place! It was a quiet respite from the city in a large but cozy home. Everything we needed was available plus some! We all agreed that we wished for one more day just to stay “home” and relax without activities in the city. This home is a quick drive to the metro making it very convenient. The home is unique and well furnished, has comfortable bedding, with excellent and ample linens. The kitchen has high end appliances and large windows with great views including wildlife! Everything was exceptionally clean with ample closet and storage space. Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to return! Thanks Marie!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

Great place, location, and host!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The location was a huge plus – easy access to all the DC attractions and surrounding areas. The host, Beth was very easy to reach and communicative with check-in and check-out instructions, which made our stay even smoother. Would definitely stay here again!

My family has beed coming here for the last 3 years and we love it! Close to my youngest son and his family and close to stores. Driving distance to things we like to do or we can go by Metro,easy walk. Will come again.

A nice stay. The kitchen is not the best if you plan to cook while there, but perfect for hosting and ordering in.

Great location to family in Clarksburg. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful land and great historic house. Would definitely recommend! Jim was always responsive and answered questions promptly.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful corner house with a great roof top for dinners and winding down after an eventful day. Lots of stairs so if you are limited on mobility, not the best. Shower amenities and coffee was amazing! Would definitely stay again as it was very close to metra and we prefer stay in more local areas.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan’s home is incredibly warm and inviting—it truly feels like staying in a loved one’s house. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and a great park nearby. The house itself is charming, with comfortable beds, a cozy sunroom, and a beautiful backyard for the kiddos. The layout was functional and practical for our family of four adults and two kids. We were able to enjoy the common spaces together very comfortably while also being able to retreat into our individual spaces for privacy. Street parking was always available, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Susan was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear this is a cherished home, not just a rental, which adds to its warmth and character. While there’s not a ton of storage space for clothing, it wasn’t an issue for our 3-night stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++

This one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever been to. It really is a relaxing space full of great accommodations.

The house was amazing! It exceeded our expectations with the attention to every Harry Potter-themed detail. We enjoyed the escape room, and wish we had more time to do the scavenger hunt and take advantage of other activities. Spending more than one night would have made it ideal. We had a group of mixed ages- from a baby, to elementary aged kids, to teenagers, to adults, and everyone enjoyed it. Wonderful location and plenty of space to host lots of people. Thanks!

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful Airbnb! The property was peaceful and secluded—perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a definite highlight, especially in the quiet, natural setting. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and even though it felt tucked away, it was just a short drive to Frederick. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing escape!
