David's listing was an ideal space for a group of guys visiting Washington DC as tourists. The property was spacious and provided private space for us to rest and relax, while providing open space for us to gather and watch TV. The location allowed us to get away from the tourist area, but to enjoy local DC eateries within walking distance. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was more than safe. I look forward to visiting and reserving again with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! As a family of four, we found the space to be perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kids especially loved the cozy sleeping arrangements, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and family-friendly touches throughout the home. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to explore the area and relax at the end of the day. Leslie was welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

hibest’s home was perfect! very cute and vintage, it was perfect for my friend’s and i. it fit 5 of us very comfortably. the multiple air conditioners made it easy to combat the maryland humidity. the house had everything we needed, and the area was nice and spacious. it was only 15 mins away from the music venue we were attending a concert at. i would definitely book here for our next trip!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as wonderful as our first! Super cute house walking distance to downtown Rockville. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! Thank you and we will be back!

we loved this home. it was home away from home. we appreciated the toys that the home offered, it gave my girls something to enjoy. we got around using the subway system, which was a 10 minute walk to the columbus heights station. not bad at all. if we come back to DC, we’d come back here

The garden apartment is a spotless, roomy, well-decorated, thoughtfully-appointed space. The mattress was also extremely comfortable. David is a kind, communicative host. My daughter and I had a wonderful mini-break!

WOW!! The Hidden Gem was the loveliest AirBnb we have experienced. More than an exquisite apartment, this is a truly beautiful, soothing treetop retreat. The attention to detail was extraordinary, such thoughtful appointments from snacks and teas to vibrant green plants, charging stations, heavenly beds, and spotless cleanliness. We have already recommended it to several friends and plan to return again for a peaceful get-away—just to stay here! The proximity to Glen Echo and the Irish Inn is a happy bonus. It is a great location for us with a car as we park in the North Bergen park and ride for the day. The bus takes us right to the heart of New York City. Ferlinda was very helpful in all the communication and the place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we were glad we booked this place.

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

Jenna's place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is simple and small however the bed was very comfortable. We needed to get extra linens from Jenna, but she had everything available. Thanks for a great stay 😊

Jeff and Peggy's place was very nicely done and everything was spotless. it was just like the pictures and seemed bigger than it was. very comfortable and private. we loved our stay and I would highly recommend staying there. everything was perfect.

As for me, I love the location and how well-maintained the area is. It’s quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. However, my only issue was that I didn’t have enough time to stay since my niece had to go back to work on Friday. This is a wonderful place that would be especially great in the summer, as you can sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee/tea.

We had a lovely stay at this Washington D.C. Airbnb. This was our 2nd time ever in D.C. Tucked away on a calm, tree‑lined street, the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood stays genuinely quiet, even at night, which was a welcome surprise in the city. Our host deserves a special shout‑out. From the warm welcome to quick replies, they were consistently kind and attentive. Thoughtful touches, a few local snacks in the kitchen, fresh towels, and an overall welcoming space, we loved ending our nights back at the airbnb. We took frequent walks and felt very safe. For future guests: the unit sits beneath the hosts home. Everyday life happens upstairs, so you’ll occasionally hear light footsteps and an echo of conversation. It never rose above a gentle background murmur for us, but it’s good to know if you’re sensitive to sound. Which we are not. Overall, perfect location for exploring all of D.C, with a wonderful host.

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.
