Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This AirBnB is conveniently located to multiple areas of interest in Dayton, which was ideal for us. We appreciated the brightness of the space and comfortable beds!

My sister had a nice stay! I spent some time there with her & it was a nice home. My only complaint would be the noise coming from next door but that’s no fault of the host! 😊

Everything was perfect. A quiet, comfortable place to rest our heads after a full day. Christopher made us feel very welcome and made it easy.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. The unit is "cozy" and best suited for a solo traveler, but could also be fine for 2. It's a multi-unit house and this listing is for the 3 room unit, consisting of the living room/bedroom combo, kitchen, and bathroom. I had an issue (figuring out the heating/air) and they were very responsive and sent a worker to look at the device. The neighborhood is ok and walkable in the daytime. They provide you a special code to open the front door, so checking in at any time is easy. Overall it was fine and suitable for my needs. Would stay again.

Our stay at elsas was prrfect for our business trip. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Nice place to stay. I was impressed with the kitchen, very well stocked for an air bnb! I let the host know, but the bed linens & towels need replaced. The sheets were pilled up and pillows very flat. The towels are old and a bit musty. Once some of those get replaced this stay will really be a gem.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sheila’s home. It was clean, smelled fresh and nicely decorated. Although our stay was short, it was cozy just like home. I would recommend this stay if you are seeking somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Jennifer was an amazing host & it was a very convenient home in Beavercreek! Very spacious home & clean. Nice updates barhrooms. The best part was we encountered issues with our rental car, Jen was so helpful & accomodating! Having a kind & understanding host is so important. Would stay again!

Beautifully restored Victorian home with comfortable beds. The shower is an old fashioned claw bathtub surrounded by a shower curtain so not ideal for people with limited mobility or poor balance. But if you want to be in the South Park neighborhood and want something homey, it's perfect. Walk to Branch &Bone brew pub or Ghost Light Coffee.

I loved the house, John is very responsive. Quiet area, everything you need is close by, I would love to stay again next time I visit.
