Great space for our large group for a family wedding. Very convenient and lots of different spaces to visit with one another. Plenty of parking and very convenient!

Kathleen's house met our needs perfectly. We were hosting a wedding the weekend we rented and we needed a place for a small group of bridesmaids to stay and get ready together. And we wanted one that had ample space for privacy. I have stayed in a fair number of Airbnbs over the years, providing a basis of comparison. There are several things that I really appreciated about Kathleen's house and the way she runs her rental. 1. The quality of the linens, towels, mattresses were all top-notch. 2. We were never at risk of running out of; shampoo, toilet paper, coffee etc. 3. Kathleen's communication was especially prompt, helpful and friendly. A few things to keep in mind when renting. This is an old house. It has retained the original staircases which are really interesting from an architectural standpoint but steep and narrow. Also there is a beautiful powder room on the first floor, but only one full bath. (This wasn't an issue for our group, however.)

Such a fun and unique property! We stayed in most of the trip because everyone was enjoying themselves on property, there was no reason to leave! The house is well organized and had everything we needed and then some. I can’t say enough good things about the house and host. If we are ever back down that way we would 100% stay again!

Joseph was extremely helpful since the beginning. The house is Better than the pictures. It has everything you need and more! It was super clean. The bed in each bedroom are very comfortable and great quality. Every bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner. A closet with Extra towels, blankets and pillows. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. From a great coffee maker, ice cream machine, to a popcorn maker. They even have cups, spoons sprinkles and everything you would need to make ice cream for your guests and make your stay even more special. They had WiFi for us. A nice backyard setting with a fire pit. There’s house was so well decorated and cool looking. There’s so many good things about this place! I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of space for us. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made it ideal for multiple adults guests. Manayunk is a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops! We met people from the neighborhood that made us feel very welcome. The host was responsive to questions and kept us informed regarding the water main break behind the property that disrupted parking. If we come back to the area we will definitely look to see if this property is available for our stay!

Beautiful house, great host, very responsive and helpful. Loved the space of the house we had a large party and it accommodated us perfectly, hope to stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Ward is an extremely accommodating and communicative host! His home looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. Walking the neighborhood to the small restaurants and shops became a favorite pastime for my family during our stay! We also loved sitting on the back patio - it was so peaceful. Ward’s home is expertly decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home for us. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and it will be my first option to stay anytime I am in the Philadelphia area.

We were visiting family in the neighborhood and friends in the area and Joshua's place was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and had beautiful surroundings. Joshua was also very responsive every time we had questions. We would definitely want to stay there again next time we're visiting if it's available.

Our family had a lovely stay. Our children enjoyed the yard and adjacent playground. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to shopping and restaurants. It was a great place to visit with family over the Easter holiday.

The house was perfect for group. The description of the home was accurate. There were lots of helpful labels and institutions. We would definitely recommend.

We are so thankful to Glenn and Kelly for accommodating our last minute booking at their place. We had booked a hotel for our trip and upon arrival were shocked at the condition, and immediately started looking into other options in the area. Glenn and Kelly’s place immediately stood out because of location, pet friendly, adorable house and large backyard for our kids and dogs to play. They were quick to help us out and have the cleaning crew get in right away to make sure everything was ready for our stay! Throughout the stay they were quick to respond to any questions we had or additional communication about specifics to the house. Location is great, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the house itself is so pretty! Beautiful renovation and modern interiors - makes you feel at home during your stay. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable!

Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

Johanne’s hospitality and her estate was absolutely stunning!!! Myself and my guest enjoyed everything about the place. Spacious rooms, the back porch was immaculate, the swimming pool was everything, and the rooms were like apartments in each space. I would definitely recommend renting Miss Johanne’s property for your Philly stay.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

The place is cute and the property is beautiful. The pool is lovely and well taken care of by Stephany and her family. It was very easy to find the house and there are a lot of cute Farms and places to visit nearby. The beds are harder than I like, but my family found them comfortable. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and the back staircase is a little tricky, but I found it to be a fun way to get downstairs. The house was built hundreds of years ago and has quite the charming feel, most of the floors appeared to be original or close to it and we found that very amusing, the kitchen has updated ammenities and that was very welcomed. My daughter loved the trees in the house and enjoyed napping on the couch under one. They live her full time, so have many of their own personal items throughout the house; but they made sure to clear enough room for us to feel welcome and comfortable.

Would totally use this place again. Kimberly was insanely responsive and fantastically nice.

Tiona was a great communicator and made all the expectations known well ahead of time which was really helpful when planning a weekend for 12 people. Thank you again!
