Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Giovanni is really a great hosts. I enjoyed my stay at his place.

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hote très disponible tant avant le départ que pendant le séjour, accueil chaleureux, Giorgia parle très bien anglais. Logement spacieux au calme, grandes chambres, avec une grande terrasse. Plusieurs bus accessibles en 10min à pied qui mènent dans les différents quartiers de Rome et au métro, passages fréquents des bus ( 24e la carte de transport bus métro tram à volonté pour une semaine). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants Je recommande vivement! Merci

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Fransesca. We hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte voor ons drieën. Het restaurant naast de Airbnb had heerlijke pizza tegen een schappelijke prijs. De bushalte naar het centrum was op loopafstand en de bus ging met regelmaat, maar je zat dan nog wel ca 40 minuten in de bus. Het huisje had veel inventaris; bekers, glazen, borden etc. Heel fijn dat je niet steeds hoefde af te wassen. Er was ook een vaatwasser.

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

Such a great place to stay in Rome. Carlo's home is beautiful. So much character and space. And really well equipped. We loved the location a bit outside the centre but a short walk (10 mins) to metro and about 25 mins walk to Vatican city. Great restaurants in the area too so we didn't need to go too far at night. Really great choice for a break in Roma. And the welcome basket was the best we've ever had in an Airbnb..

We really enjoyed meeting Carmen and staying at her place. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable. WiFi and TV were great to have. We enjoy staying in neighborhoods like this one. We would book it again. Thanks, Carmen

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

The location is fantastic! It was right down the street from the Colosseum. There were many good restaurants close by as well. The place felt airy and welcoming . It was well stocked with kitchen necessities plus extra toiletries if we had forgotten anything. The beds were very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment, clean and large perfect for our family of four. Secure building and appartment. Very close to 2 train stations Garbatella and Ostiense. Fabrizio communicates quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
