Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

We had a wonderful stay in Carla's place. The house is spacious, cozy and fully equipped. Stunning views, and very calm. Ideal for a good rest. We woke up with birds singing and a friendly cat on our doorstep. 10 min drive to Siena. The weather was still chilly, but Carla anticipated this and put on the heating before we arrived. She even visited us to see if we were comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb, not only for location and the state of the house, but equally for the excellent hostess.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
