Relax with the whole family or bring just a friend or two while you stay at one of our villas. Completed in 2022, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas include a flexible loft space, an open living room and fully equipped kitchen and a private hot tub and fire pit. Secluded yet conveniently located near BLM land, the Black Canyon and many other spectacular destinations near the city of Montrose, we are sure there is something to do for everyone when you stay at our villas.

River View - Cabin 7

Great cabin with 1 queen bed, kitchenette and private bath. Can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night min. stay for holiday weekends. Bedding, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware provided. Pond and river view. Our new wifi has been reliable. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.
