Burnside - Midlands Cottage

Step into the charm of a pristine, beautifully maintained heritage farmhouse in the heart of the KZN Midlands. With its original Oregon pine floors, spacious garden and timeless, refined character, it offers a warm and welcoming space for friends and family to gather. Surrounded by nature, it's perfect for slowing down, sharing special moments, or exploring the Midlands Meander. Peaceful and private, yet centrally close to everything, with modern comforts, and charming character at every corner.

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

Courtyard Cottage

Take some well-deserved time out in your own private Courtyard Cottage, comfortably equipped with all that's needed for a secluded stay, lounging with a book in the hammock, cooking homely meals or reminiscing around the firepit and braai. Alternatively, for those seeking adventure, the farm is securely located within the Midlands Meander, where guests can find breathtaking mountain views, hiking and picnic destinations, children's activities, restaurants, boutique shops and historical pubs.

Bourne View

Bourne View is a spacious, welcoming, 2 bedroom home in Gowrie Village. It is a short walk to coffee shops and gym, and yet gives a feeling of being in the countryside. The uninterrupted views from the enclosed verandah with sliding glass doors, offer a peaceful space to relax or listen to birds. The garden is a rare feature that sets the house apart from many village homes. The Cosy Nook at Bourne View is a separate unit with its own entrance and garden. It will be bookable from July.

The Forest Pod A serene eco-haven, KZN Midlands.

The Forest Pod is a unique, tranquil and romantic spot where you get to unwind, disconnect and reset. Country stay

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, situated on the picturesque Midlands Meander route. . This cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, shower, toilet and a basin. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities. Guests also have the use of complimentary Wi-Fi and TV with streaming service during their stay. Shaded undercover parking is available on-site.

Vista Road Farm Cottage

Relax with the whole family on this working farm nestled in the bends of the Mooi River. Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)
