If you would like to replace your cell phone’s morning alarm with the crowing of roosters or replace the hooting of cars with the braying of donkeys, the solar powered Donkey Dairy Cottage is the place for you! Ziggysriver cottage (Rc) is heaven on earth.

Spoil yourself in our well equipped private ,peaceful Ziggysriver cottage on the banks of the Magalies River. Plenty of birdlife plus the resident Finfoot. Wake up to the sounds of nature and explore the trail of +-9 km , walking, cycling or birding. Visit Sterkfontein Caves and the Maropeng World Heritage Site in the Cradle of Humankind. Enjoy a dip in the cold water splash pool on a hot summers day ( Note the splash pool is closed from 30 April- 30 September) or sit by the open fire .

Gecko Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Where one can get away from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently located within easy access to all amenities and business districts. Enjoy evenings with the sound of crickets and river frogs while dining on scrumptious salads, a home cooked hearty dish or the best pizza in town, by prior arrangement. Or simply self cater in the fully equipped kitchen, whatever your reason, work, stopover or relaxation, we’ve got you covered.

Coucal Cottage

This self-catering unit is situated near the Hartbeespoort Aerial Cableway on the slope of the Magaliesberg and has a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. The unit is separate from the main house with a private entrance, porch and parking space. The Cottage has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, toaster kettle and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). A mobile braai is also available. We will set up a table and two chairs in the garden.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, fridge and stove. There is a braai facility \. It has a fenced area' The cottage is off grid supplying solar power. Therefor only laptops and cell phones may be charged. No other appliances may be used.

The unit is not wheelchair friendly, as there is a step leading to the bathroom.
