The place was immaculate! I knew the price was quite high for the specific location and type of place, but accepted it in view of lack of availability during the week of the US Open. I was grateful to find accommodations! My husband left all of the clothes he put int eh bedroom bureau. He knew that he left a brand new sweater received as a Father's day gift, but he also left 2 golf shirts and 2 pairs of shorts as well. Johnathon found them and sent them back! I am so appreciative! Johnathon restored my faith in people! Many thanks!

The place was very clean and cozy. Felt like home away from home. The view from the living room was very nice. Nicole was very responsive and answered all our questions, when we had any.

Had a great stay for Spring Break while my son played golf in the area and played in a tournament. The pictures don’t do the space justice, as it was even nicer than depicted. Appreciated all of the nice touches, like throw blankets and a well-stocked kitchen. Location can’t be beat and we will definitely recommend this place to others when in the area. We will be back!

The condo was great! Very clean and plenty of room. We were in town for a few days of golf. Played at the resort and a couple of other courses outside the resort. The location doesn’t get any better. We will definitely be back.

Our family (including dogs) had a good stay for a horse event at the harness track. Condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything that we needed, even forgotten toiletries! Megan was a great host and extremely responsive, especially when the husband couldn’t quite find the condo.

Brian’s place was great for our time there!! Definitely would book again.

This home was in close proximity to our full itinerary for Pinehurst big attractions <10 min and Southern Pines within <15 minutes. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath provided space for our family. Kid friendly for a toddler with a kids table in bunk room and tons of great books - even thoughtful with kid serveware! We especially enjoyed the 3 hole putting green. The host was always quick to respond. Thanks for having us!

Tommy’s house is AMAZING! It was the perfect match, and very relaxing after having a very emotional day. Very spacious, and homely. Absolutely family friendly, as well as kid friendly. Next time we are in town, we will definitely book with him again.

The Pinehurst oasis was perfect for a group of four golfers. Each bedroom was large. The two bathrooms were easy to share. It was helpful to be able to use the garage. The gas grill was easy to use. We didn’t have a fire at the fire pit, but that also looked easy to use.

We had such a lovely stay at Lauryn's place. The space felt spacious and cozy for the two of us and our two dogs. We especially loved the back patio for sipping coffee in the mornings and winding down in the evenings - the string lights and landscaping are all a really nice touch and create a warm yet private aesthetic. We loved the decor (especially the different guitars) and all of the furniture was very comfortable, including the beds. The master bathroom is modern and spacious enough for two to use comfortably and the guest bed/bath was lovely as well. The house is very convenient to downtown Southern Pines -- we were able to walk our dogs around the neighborhood and into the main street with shops and cafes in less than 10 minutes. Lauryn was very kind in communication and was extremely generous with a flexible checkout. We would 100% stay again!

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated, and immaculate, nothing is missing in this house. Teri is an outstanding host, very concerned and responsive to guest needs, she goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is a wonderful experience. Have stayed in many Airbnb's and I would rate Sweet Tea Cottage the BEST. Great location for golf! Only there for a short golf outing but hope to return for a longer stay at some point. Thank you!

The accommodations were as advertised - Very clean - everything worked - clear on-site instructions - easy to check-in and check-out. Jamie was flexible and very responsive to questions and was available for local suggestions.

The housee was located at the end of a small, quite neighborhood, the yard was cared for and the backyard looks out onto trees beyond the yard which is very peaceful. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host provided all information needed in advance, no need to message the host with questions. The only two downsides we had was that there was only one small sized pan, no ther pans or pots for cooking, so we chose to eat out for all meats due to cooking with only one pan would be difficult. There was also only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, with four people and a four day stay we used all the toilet paper, having one spare available would have been nice. Overall happy with our stay, would book there again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home, beats a hotel any day.

Lilia was an amazing host. We've stayed in 4 or 5 condos in Pinehurst and Lilia's was by far the most spacious and homey of all. It's a 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs, which we've never seen before and really appreciated. Most Pinehurst condos are on a single floor, so someone else is either staying above or below you, and any upstairs-only condo requires lugging sets of golf clubs up and down the stairs daily, which can be a hassle and annoying to neighbors. Lilia's condo has 2 assigned parking spots in front so you can drive up and move clubs, luggage, groceries, etc. inside easily. My 76 year old mother stayed with us. Walking up the stairs not a problem for her. The kitchen is huge for a Phurst condo. Living area was nice and comfortable. The patio is sail shade covered, turf floored, private and quiet. I snuck in a couple of glorious naps out there. The condo residents are a mixture of owners who live year round. as well as other AirBnb's. We never noticed neighbors while indoor

This condo's location is exceptional, conveniently allowing easy access to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. While it's in a quiet, lovely area with golf course views, we also appreciated its closeness to restaurants and shopping. Any question we had was answered very quickly by our hosts.

Very close to the Pinehurst clubhouse and the Cradle and the village in general. We walked to dinner every night. The neighbors were delightful!

Been going to Pinehurst for years. Came in a night early this time and stayed at Eki's condo. Hotel shuttles make it very accessible. 15 minute walk to the Carolina. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have as well. Highly recommend for 1/2 people.

My buddy and I went to Pinhurst for a golf trip and Vance and Lauren are great hosts. Place was convenient, super clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were super responsive and always friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was great for our short golf trip. Walking distance to the putting green and driving range as well as the Pro Shop.
