Room with Xbox projecting on 160” screen. Karaoke system. Backyard has swings, trampoline, pergola with and seating area with firepit. Corn hole set. NO PARTIES or EVENTS ALLOWED. NO EXCESS GARBAGE. Use only house curve and driveway for parking.
