This home would be ideal for visiting families or those just breezing through! Free parking for up to 4 cars. Fast wifi. Roku tv with Netflix, amazon, hulu, disney+. Full kitchen. Right near the highway 94 intersection. 3 minute drive to Starbucks, planet fitness, noodles and company, etc... Spacious fenced in yard safe for well behaved pups!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Green House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house attached to a one bedroom apartment. The main entrance is through the garage. You will have access to the garage door opener through the MyQ app, a garage parking space and a driveway parking space (left side). The house features a large back deck and a fenced yard. The kitchen and living room are on the main level, the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.

Located in Fargo's original township, this lovely home gives a feeling of stepping back in time while enjoying all the amenities of today. There is a feeling of peace, comfort and family in this home. I am grateful to be its caretaker and am so happy to be able to share it with you. Over its 135+ years this home has been mostly owned by women.
