This cabin trip had been long anticipated and we were not disappointed at all. The hosts have been so friendly, responsive and accommodating. Nothing fell short of our expectations. The cabin was just as described. They've provided everything you would need and more. My husband and I booked it to spend with our children and grandchildren and it was perfect for our group. The bunkhouse was great! Much warmer than I expected. It's great for adults, no bathroom so wouldn't recommend for children. We also loved the setup of the fire pit and the extra lighting, since it does get pretty dark at night. We loved the pool table and board games they had. The hot tub was such a great way to end the day. Loved the upstairs shower! They really do have everything ready for their guests, towels, kitchen dining items, toiletries, coffee so we had no worries. It was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. For an Airbnb, they provided so much. We wish we had more time. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful weekend with the kids and the dog. Loved the hot tub and the game room. Lovely, cozy place to enjoy as a family.

Stayed over New Year’s Eve with friends. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the place and especially the hot tub. Would stay here again.

My friends and I needed a vacation from the mundane. This place was exactly what we needed. The perfect place to be holed up after a snowstorm that left 6+inches. It was warm and cozy and the decor is adorable.

This is a lovely spot that sleeps a group. We appreciated how well-appointed it is -lots of plates and glassware, ample towels and sharp knives! Lovely spot to watch the lake or walk around. We went into town for antique and art shopping.

Beautiful Home! Loved the decor and style of the furnishings. The kitchen was very open and inviting. Great view of the quiet and peaceful lake. Lots of wild life to view and enjoy. Three King size beds, giant shower areas, and deck on 2nd floor were amazing. Hot tub was a huge bonus, after figuring out how to get it out of sleep mode. Westin was a great and responsive host with any communication, including prior to booking. We would not hesitate to use this listing again in the future. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

Jim’s place was wonderful! The cabin is gorgeous, the hot tub over looking the lake is phenomenal, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful property. Fresh linens, great coffee, fire wood available , easy WiFi, clean hot tub, plenty of game options and a very bright natural light offered. Super private location close to Siren. Lock code issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Joni’s communication was really good. She agreed to a late checkout which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again, but a bit pricy for this time of year (March) on a lake. With that said, it was still pretty awesome experience.

Jeff was very accommodating with any of our needs/requests, and the location was perfect for our trip requirements. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may wish to do during your stay as well, removing the need to go out to eat if you wish to. My familey and I look forward to another stay here everytime we will be visiting in the area in the future!

The place was serene with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. I loved that the the cabin was well stocked to ensure the most enjoyable stay from fire starter to fire wood. They even included a well-stocked first aid kit that we unfortunately needed to utilized. Very thoughtful hosts!

I loved this place, it was clean and homey, and small but beautiful. This place felt like a cabin should. It was not advertised, but they have kayaks that you can float down the river with, and we caught some big fish! Overall, awesome place and good people.

Brandi's place was perfect for Birkie weekend. A little bit of a drive to the course and events, but not too bad. The cabin was as advertised and Brandi was very responsive and a great host.

What a beautiful experience! My family and I had a wonderful time. It was a restful getaway. Marissa was super responsive! We would definitely come back here :)

This is our 4th time at the Blue Cabin and it is as wonderful each time we visit. Place is beautiful and feels like you are home away from home. Very comfortable. David and Laurie are outstanding hosts. So accommodating and making you so welcomed. Will be back many times to come.

literally postcard perfect- just like all their pictures. i’ve wanted to stay at one of these since i saw ads on ig ages ago. this was perfect for my midwest adventure with my pup. and one of their cabins shares my name! missed opportunity, postcard! only things to note from my stay are that the key code to the door didn’t work (though the physical key in the lockbox did) and that the main window’s ball chain mechanism wasn’t seated in its housing properly. but with all that privacy and all that nature i didn’t mind sleeping with it up/open. definitely going to look into their other locations for my next doggie adventure!

Beautiful cabin! I have a big family and we all fit well with all the bed accommodations and there was a huge dining table for everyone to sit around and eat or play games. There was a lot to do! They provided so many activities and we were not bored for a second. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place, close to many restaurants. We did some 4wheel and Canoeing. Was a bit tricky getting it down and up the long hill to the lake. Calm river, peaceful. We come to this area a lot. It’s a lot of fun.

We had a great, relaxing time at Jessica’s cabin! The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels, the cabin was spacious. It was SO quiet and peaceful! We would definitely return! If you visiting in the colder months, you may want to bring slippers. We enjoyed breakfast at the Roasting House and picked up pizza at Zorbaz (both close by). We also enjoyed a hike at Savanna Portage State Park.

Great little cabin for 4 adults. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very quick to respond and friendly. Had everything and looked just like the pictures. Super easy to find and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Doug's properties, and as usual, it does not disappoint. We love coming to a peaceful, comfortable, and well-stocked (but not cluttered!) space that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, walks to the river, and the great hikes just a short drive away. We spent hours listening to music on the sound system and cooking good food in a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Doug is an extremely thoughtful host, and we appreciated his quick responsiveness and flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. Though this was not a deterrent to our stay, one thing I thought worth mentioning for other travelers with dogs: springtime is definitely tick season in the river valley!

We loved staying at Samantha's property. Communication was great, the cabin was clean and super cozy and had everything that we needed. This is a little gem up north and we would love to stay here again. The lake is beautiful and the rental comes with kayaks and other water toys. We kayaked to the local restaurant which was easy to get to and a very pretty, short paddle away. We loved sitting by the fire and they had ample firewood provided. Can't say enough about the experience!

This was my second stay here. Check-in was a breeze, the cabin was well stocked and clean. Pretty much everything you would need was supplied as far as cooking and eating needs were concerned. We had a very comfortable stay. The host communicated very well and promptly. 5 stars all away around

Amazing place. Super cozy and comfortable. The wood burning stove and record player created a magical retreat for creating family memories. The loft is adorable and very spacious! The basement was way roomier than expected. All beds were very comfortable!! and a total hit with my kids. Communication was quick and easy and Naomi was great at checking in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed with 4 others friends and it was a great time! Great view of the lake, especially when having a fire. Definitely recommend!
