The Dell of Abernethy is a relaxed retreat in the Cairngorms, surrounded by woodland, birdsong and open space. A place for families, couples and groups to slow down and reconnect. Kids can run free, while others wander forest paths or simply unwind. Cosy cottages offer a warm, characterful base after days outdoors. Evenings often drift to the woodland firepit. Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

Pine Marten Bar Glenmore Treehouse

Our magnificent tree house looks out towards the Cairngorm Mountains over the Glenmore campsite. The tree house has it's own fully equipped kitchenette, private shower and WC facilities. A comfortable sofa pulls out into a sofa bed still allowing ample space for dining, relaxing and beautiful views still to be seen from a reclined and relaxed position. Tea and coffees are also provided.
