Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) war ganz hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein kleines Problem mit den Parkplätzen (unser Problem, nicht das der Unterkunft) wurde sofort und vollkommen problemlos gelöst. Super … 👍🏼 Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor Ort war so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen und „zuhause“ fühlte“. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei Euch…!

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

It was SUCH a treat to stay at this amazing Airbnb! It felt like having a 5* boutique hotel to ourselves. Every room had its own wow factor and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pictures somehow don’t do it justice. We stayed for a wedding at Caswell house which is an easy 10 minute drive away. Louisa was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will never forget :-)

An absolutely beautiful stay at Grebe Lodge! We booked it for my dad's 70th. James was very helpful in directing me to some local businesses who organised balloons/decorations and a delicious food platter so I didn't have to do anything! It was also a lovely surprise to find a cake and a bottle of prosecco waiting for us - what a special touch. It was so special waking up to such a beautiful view of the lake, especially as we got lucky with the weather! It felt so peaceful, homely and light. We went to the Lakeside Brasserie on the Friday night which was casual with great food and good fun (live music), and ordered pizza from Pizza 720 on the Saturday evening upon recommendation by James which was also delicious. The lodge had everything we needed, was super clean, beautifully set up, felt bright and open... Just perfect for what we wanted. Lots of things to do in nearby areas as well. Bourton-on-water is so special - a gorgeous English village! I would highly recommend staying!

A stunning house in a lovely complex. Absolutely perfect for families with kids.

Wow! This is the very first Air BnB I have stayed in. The home felt like home as we walked in. It was warm, bright and clean. The treats left for us were warmly welcomed. There were six adults in our group, a baby and a dog. Poppy the dog loved wearing herself out in the garden. Hot tub was clean and the patio area superb. Pub in walking distance, we didn't eat there as we were thoroughly enjoying cooking at home. We took our air fryer which was great as we knew we wanted to cook an Easter Sunday Dinner. Thank you Claudia for your great correspondence and allowing us in earlier with the baby.

We had a lovely stay at Crucis Park Barn, it is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views, the barn was just perfect for a group of 8 people to get together for a celebration weekend.

Lovely weekend at Green Farm - perfect for 3 generations and our family dog! Setting was beautiful - rural and quiet yet easy drive to access nearby attractions/ Cheltenham. Lovely walks from the door. Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of space for us all to spread out. Great communication from Lucy and house was spotless on arrival. We would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Burrows Court, a beautiful house in peaceful and nature rich surroundings. As a diverse group of adults, young children and dogs it met all of our needs for a special Easter break together. Samantha is a fantastic host, going above and beyond in making arrangements and providing literally everything we might have needed as a group. And the small touches were hugely appreciated…cakes on arrival, treats for the dogs, bunting for a birthday party. Wow. We are all already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you :)

It’s easy to see why this place is booked up pretty much non-stop. The house its self has everything you need for a break and the added bonus of water sports being available (friends staying near us didn’t have such a luxury). As for the location, remote enough to be quiet but close enough to lots of other stuff to do. I was on a canoe in the middle of one of the lakes and couldn’t hear a thing. The area is absolutely stunning and the Sarah and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful. They let us in a little early as they were ready and always on hand to help and even checked in to see if we needed anything. If external commitments allowed, I for sure would have booked longer. Absolute gem of a find!

What a stunning place. It suited us as a family of 10 as there was plenty of communal space as well as decent sized and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect. I wish I could wake up to that every day. When we needed to contact Eleanor she responded quickly and answered our queries well. All in all a top host and a fabulous place.

We had an incredible stay! Amazing house with so much space inside and out. Everything was very clean and communication was quick and easy - we asked for a late check out and had a very quick reply saying we could. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great location to stay in the middle of Burford . Cotswold Wildlife Park 15 minute drive great for kids and adults

We had a lovely Easter weekend here as a three-generation family – grandparents, parents, and young children all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is absolutely beautiful , stylish, and full of character, set in a peaceful spot, it even includes an old water-mill. The location was ideal for us with easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area. There’s a new children's play area just a short walk away, and the local farm shop nearby was perfect for picking up fresh produce and treats – we had everything we needed without having to go far. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and the house was spotless with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

a beautiful home, very well tended garden in a peaceful spot. we were away for a wedding so didn't have time to make use of all the facilities although the youngsters found the games room ! we were a group of 8 people age range from 19 to 91 and it was perfect. plenty of space. Thank-you

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was really lovely and well equipped for 3 families all staying together. The Estate was lovely and the facilities great, although you meed to remember to book things like the Spa we'll in advance and the pool and pizza. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a lovely weekend, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the tennis court, tablet tennis and board games. Lovely walks around the area, and the village nearby had a little shop which supplied the extras we'd missed from our Sainsbury's delivery. The host answered our questions before we came away and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for 11 people and we were glad of the dishwasher.

We've had a brilliant muti-generational family gathering for out first visit to this part of the Cotswolds and had a brilliant time. Your contact with us, the digital guide and the facilities at Lower Mill were brilliant- we have had a very memorable holiday and hope to return.

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.
