I’ve stayed in many bnb’s over the last 10 years or so and this one was one of my all time favorites! High ceilings, design and overall aesthetic on point, and a really nice screened in back porch area too. Not only was the space itself great, but Sam was a super friendly and conscientious host. I’d highly recommend staying in his space if you are visiting Athens!

The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, offering a serene escape while still conveniently situated. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—if not even better in person! It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to book again. We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cute. You can tell it is well taken care of. Margaret was quick to respond to my messages and they even had restaurant suggestions hanging on the fridge which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

The host, Ken, was extremely friendly and communicated early and when relevant. The home was described accurately, looked excellent upon arrival and a nice setup. There was a lovely welcome packet with great information and clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Great place to stay in Athens for up to 5 people! There’s also 2 and a half bathrooms. Comes with 2 parking passes. Easy check-in. Nicely decorated.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
