Inside includes 2,200 sq ft, 4 beds & 3 full baths. Also a well lit newly remodeled kitchen, dining, & living room. For families we have a pack-in-play & high chair.

Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

This house was purchased and furnished to be a vacation rental, from the coffee maker to the outdoor pool with a view.
