A perfect property in the quiet and peaceful area of Bruntsfield, a stones throw from everything you can need in terms of transport links, walks, shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and really appreciated all the little touches that make a property a home, such as fresh flowers, welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge. Thank you Di and Eddie.

Highly recommended. Barbara was a gracious and knowledgeable host. The flat was well equipped, well positioned if you prefer access to the city without being in it and very comfortable and well presented. We would return - which says it all.

This is a new build and in a very pristine community. Paul was responsive on chat. Check in was smooth. The trampoline and the slide in the backyard was a hit with my kids. Love the stay here.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

Il y a un bus à proximité de la maison pour visiter Edimbourg. La maison est super et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très propre et sympa ! Merci Jamie

We had a wonderful two-night stay over our wedding weekend, and Hazel was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to all our queries and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. There were so many thoughtful little “Mr & Mrs” touches that made the stay feel really special — from the roses to the delicious fudge, everything added a lovely personal touch. We also really appreciated the breakfast bits provided, like milk, croissants, jams, and tea — such a thoughtful gesture. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home is located on a beautiful street surrounded by charming houses in a perfect location. Another big bonus was the great parking, which is hard to come by in Edinburgh. Thank you, Hazel, for helping make our weekend so memorable!

What a wonderful host! Jon was super helpful and communicative, as well as laid back and made sure we were right at home. The place was lovely. Clean sheets and super comfy beds, as well as cozy and warm. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. He also has the nicest shower I’ve EVER had! It’s on a private, quiet street with lots of cafes and pubs nearby and as described in terms of distance to the city centre/castle etc. We walked there and it didn’t feel too long. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lovely, home away from home, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Our stay at Alison’s was absolutely fantastic, the location was incredibly central and there really wasn’t much noise considering where we were! The apartment was absolutely massive I don’t even feel like the pictures did it justice, we had so much space! Everything was spotless and the apartment had wee extras that we weren’t expecting such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Simon's flat was perfect for myself, my wife, and our 10-year old daughter. It was super comfortable and in a very peaceful section of a really cool part of the city. Tons of shops and restaurants just down the road. We found the location to be within convenient walking distance from lots of the sights and areas we were most interested in seeing! Simon was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're lucky enough to have the chance!

Sally’s home was 5/5. It was so comfy, great location and a real home from home. Wish we could have stayed there longer and we would definitely come back. It was quiet too, just the perfect choice!

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Tania’s. Tania met us on arrival and walked us through the information for the apartment. It’s a nice sized basement apartment, going down steps off the main road to a private entrance, with a full kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Tania provided all the basic essentials and even left us tea, milk, and some snacks to get us started which was much appreciated. The location is an 11 min walk from the Haymarket train stop, and all the buses and trams stop just around the corner so it’s an easy location to get to. For a city apartment it’s surprisingly nice and quiet, except for occasional noise from the street or neighbors, but nothing that was an issue. There is plenty to do within walking distance and many food options near by. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

We enjoyed staying at Brian's for a few nights while in Edinburgh. The place was very clean, neat, with lovely bathroom, kitchen organised with everything you need, big living rooms, and dining space. It was very easy to park and the instructions we received were very clear, the place easy to find and the bus station that took us to the centre just 2 minutes away. Brian was communicative, friendly and our stay was so nice that we think we'll return there again when you we back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much. A real pleasure!! 5 stars!!

Logement idéalement situé dans Edinburgh (côtê moderne). Confortable et agréable, la terrasse et sa vue sont un vrai plus. Le tram est à proximité et beaucoup de restaurants/pub sont accessibles à pieds.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jonathan, la maison est très cosy et charmante. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

A lovely place to stay on the outskirts of the city with handy transport links. The place was clean, tidy and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend.

Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage. die Wohnung ist groß, cool eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht und liegt nahe bei den Meadows. Wir kommen gern wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.
