Esperienza ottima, tutto corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Appartamento dotato di tutto e anche di più. Comodo ai trasporti pubblici. Igor gentilissimo ha sempre risposto velocemente alle nostre domande.

Ottima esperienza, la casa è veramente bella e anche più grande di quello che sembra in foto. Vicino c’è la fermata del tram che passa molto spesso fino a mezzanotte e mezza. Comodo anche dall’aeroporto con la linea S7. Unica pecca gli asciugamani forniti erano davvero molto piccoli e rovinati.

The location is ideal, not right in the city center but close to it with perfect tram connections. The neighborhood offers multiple options for dining out, breakfast and cafe bars. Our favorite place is just 80 meters from the apartment, called Cafe Weimar. For elderly people it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the second floor without elevator.

I am a single professional and stayed here for four nights while doing work at IIASA. Pleasant area, balcony overlooks trees, very clean, well thought out, comfortable bed.

My friend and I were attracted to Bettina's apartment for the natural colours and plants. It looked and felt like a real home. The location is excellent for really good cafés in the morning, en route to the centre, and the Spa supermarkets (there are three in the next street) are amazing compared to the UK. It is a very quiet area, yet close to busy streets and transport. All very convenient for reaching many of the galleries and features on foot (we both like walking.) The bathroom has both a shower and bath and lovely hot water to dive into after a long day of travelling. It was cool weather, but the apartment did not feel cold, although we really appreciated the hot water bottles at night...that was a nice thing to have available. The door key app was a bit tricky as it was slow to load for our arrival, but Bettina sorted out the hitch straight away, and was great at communication throughout our short stay. My friend and I both said we would definitely stay there again.

Mooi en schoon appartement. Heel ruim Mooie tulpen op tafel.. Goede communicatie en flexibiliteit qua in checken. De straat is wel een beetje druk als je graag met het raam open slaapt. Maar locaties is top. Leuke wijk en dicht bij het centrum, lopend en met tram/metro.

Sehr gutes AirBnB mit top Anbindung an den ÖPNV und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (beides ca 3 Min zu Fuß). Annemarie ist eine sehr nette und enorm hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand und uns sehr viele tolle Empfehlungen für unsere Wien-Tour gegeben hat. Der Check-In war auch unkompliziert recht spät (23:30 Uhr) noch möglich, da wir im Stau standen und die Kommunikation mit Annemarie war top - schnelle und klare Antworten in kurzer Zeit. Das AirBnB bietet genug Platz im großen Wohnzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen und die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 2 WCs (außerhalb der Bäder). Wir können das AirBnB nur weiterempfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder nach Wien reisen.

We really enjoy our stay at Victoria's comfy and tastefully furnished apartment. Good beds and a quiet neighbourhood had us sleep like babies. There 's a few good breakfast places close by, perfect to start the day. And a lively district on the other side of Währinger Strasse subway stop if you feel like having dinner nearby to finish your day trip. Highly recommended:)

Nádherné prostředí,perfektní čistota,skvělé ubytování vše bylo bez chyby. Krásný dům s luxusním vybavením . Nádherné okolí a příroda. Bezproblémový příjezd. Perfektní hostitel s rychlou reakcí. rádi bychom se vrátili na toto úžasné místo.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very cozy and very clean. The host was very welcoming and kind to us, very understanding, we traveled by car and it was nice because we had an available parking spot in front of the house. Our little dog, Jerry had plenty of space where to run in the garden of the house. The house has all the amenities you need and it is in a very nice and quiet area. We truly recommend!

Wunderschön restaurierte Mühle mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Wir waren Gäste nach meiner Hochzeitsfeier in der Nähe und waren sicherlich eine nicht ganz einfache zu koordinierende Gruppe im Vorfeld. Obwohl fast alle getrennt angereist sind und es einige kurzfristige Absagen von Gästen gegeben hat, waren Isabella und Marion immer freundlich und super organisiert!! Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Die Zimmer waren richtig schön und sehr sauber. Richig begeistert hat uns auch das Vitalfrühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl und wunderschön angerichtet. Dieses würde ich auf alle Fälle dazubuchen! Das nächste Mal kommen wir sicher für längere Zeit zu euch.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti per capodanno presso la fantastica Haus di Sabine e Pablo e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene! Loro sono due host coi fiocchi: molto simpatici, cordiali e disponibili a chiarire ogni nostro dubbio! Il check-in e il check out sono stati estremamente semplici da effettuare e la posizione della casa è tutto sommato comoda per raggiungere la città di Vienna, meta principale della nostra vacanza. Noi ci siamo mossi in auto e abbiamo impiegato circa 30 min per raggiungere la città. L’Haus è dotata anche di un posto auto ed è circondata da tanto verde e da tanti animali! È un posto caratterizzato da notevole tranquillità, perfetto per chi vuole godersi una vacanza lontano dal caos della città. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Lage – perfekt zum Entspannen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zeynep war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werde sie in Zukunft gerne öfter mit meinen Kindern und meiner Familie mieten. Vielen Dank, Zeynep!

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

Sehr schönes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn nähe des Semmerings. Optimal ein paar Tage die Ruhe zu genießen oder Wandern zu gehen (waren im Sommer dort). Wir waren 10 Freunde und auch das war für die Gastgeber:innen kein Problem. so wurde uns alles gut erklärt und das Haus auch nochmal vor unserer Ankunft gegenfecheckt. Auch beim Check-in und Check-out war man flexibel. Rundum waren wir happy und es entsprach unseren Vorstellungen :)

Siamo stati veramente molto bene a casa di Christian. vicinissimo alla pista Red Bull Ring, infatti siamo venuti qui in occasione della Motogp. L'Host è stato molto cordiale e super reattivo nelle risposte, ci ha aiuto con un piccolo problema che avevamo avuto in cucina e in 5 minuti ci ha risposto e dato l'aiuto necessario! la casa molto bella soprattutto la terrazza! posto auto comodo di fronte la casa. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern für 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Hanno. Die Wohnung ist super Kinderfreundlich da nichts unnötiges rumliegt oder kaputt gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hatte genug Platz für uns 4. Von der Wohnung aus kommt man überall schnell hin da Strassenbahn, Bus oder S Bahn in direkter nähe. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Grüsse aus Blauen, Basel-Land

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Lage war perfekt, mit allem, was man braucht, nur etwa 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft ist bestens an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und liegt nahe zur Innenstadt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Great apartment with everything you may need. It has a real espresso machine and a perfect bookshelf with top-notch geopolitics and psychology shortlist. We read those books during all our stay in Vienna and it even competed against Viennese art galleries time... :))

The apartment was very nice, everything was clean and it had all the things and amenities that were listed. The host is also great and communicative, he was responsive and gave me clear instructions and answered all my questions. Check-in went smoothly and there were no problems. If you arrive by car and you plan on parking there, keep in mind that you’ll be paying additional 20€/per night. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but when I asked about it, I was told to reserve my parking space for this price.
