Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Freestanding cosy studio with ensuite bathroom

Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. Set back from the street the studio is quiet and secure. Free parking on street. Bus stop 5minutes walk. Our cosy studio is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers who want a relaxing, private spot as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby & the city. Close to City & Eden Park.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The Grove

The Grove is a charming French country-inspired hideaway nestled in the heart of Mt Albert. Recently refurbished, this self-contained retreat features a well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy the convenience of nearby public transport and easy motorway access. You're just a short stroll or drive from local cafés, Unitec, Westfield shopping mall, and a laundromat. Off-street parking is available upon request.

Upstairs is a light-filled bedroom and living area looking out into trees. Downstairs is a lofty dining area with kitchen bench and bathroom. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.

Morningside Retreat by Eden Park

We would love to host you in our home in Morningside :) We are conveniently situated walking distance from Eden park, and also from local favourites like Crave and KIND cafes, Side Hustle bar and Morningside Tavern. St Lukes Mall and public transport are also walking distance. We live right next door so are more than happy to do anything we can do make your stay a good one! We look forward to meeting you ☺️

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

It is attached to our 100 year old home, but is completely self contained. There are outdoor areas for you, tv with chromecast available, games. Bus and train are close by.
