As a family of 6 we all agreed that only one word describes this home and that is ‘Awesome’!! 1. Awesome location. A 10-15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town, accessible to uber and cabs as well as adventure activities. 2. Awesome views. That backdrop and hills. You need to stay here to experience it. Although no lake views the serenity of the hills does wonders to the soul and the Shotover River as a bonus. 3. Awesome home. Large and spacious, modern, clean and that living room with that fireplace, wow. After sightseeing everyday we would come back, chill, home cook and relax in that living room with that massive lounge that fits all and fall asleep. Would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.

Ron’s place has stunning views over the mountain and lake. We enjoyed our 4-night stay.

The view from this place is absolutely fantastic—truly one of the highlights of our stay. The location is convenient, and the home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown!

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. All four bedrooms were a good size, although the smaller ones didn’t have much space to open large suitcases. Thankfully, the garage/entertainment room provided plenty of extra space, which was especially helpful since we couldn't carry the heavier luggage down to the lower-floor bedrooms. Each bathroom had a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive to both Queenstown and the airport. One thing to note: if you’re driving a larger vehicle, be cautious when turning into the lane, as it's quite narrow.

The house is very attractive and easy walking distance from the waterfront and shopping. The downside is that it is on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise, but it was made worse by a road closure so that may not be everyone's experience. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. her area recommendations were thorough and we used a few of them while we were here.

Such a nice place in an amazing part of New Zealand. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, lots of walks and nice places to eat very close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Arrowtown.

Perfect place to spend a few days with family and friends. The unit contained everything we needed and had a spectacular view. We'll be back.

My wife and I loved our stay at Jodie and Renee's place. The place was very clean and it well accommodated our stay. It's about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the middle of town and an extra 10 going back up depending on how big your dinner will be. ;)

Jonathan & Julie's place was better than we expected. Everything (incl. amenities, bed, showers) was well-maintained and more spacious than the pictures listed. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Jonathan & Julie was also really responsive and generous in providing the necessary amenities and food/beverages for our stay. Arthurs' point was also out of city centre of Queenstown but still a short drive away for any shopping needs. Hence, it was a peaceful and private stay. Would recommend that anyone looking to enjoy beautiful scenery while wanting to stay near to Queenstown to book this airbnb for an enjoyable experience! Fantastic 2 bedroom listing. Place had everything we needed and walking distance to main part of town. Listing was super clean, new appliances, great showers, big tv, fast wifi, great balcony. Highly recommend this place. Felt safe, it was quiet at night and we loved our stay.

This is a really awesome place for big groups and family, with sufficient communal space and personal privacy for our group of 10! The view of the Queenstown bay is really unexpectedly great! the view and the communal place makes it so hard for us to leave the compound daily as we soaked in the beautiful scenery during the morning breakfast and evening BBQs. Our host - Juliet is very responsive and timely address our questions. She also came over to address our question about the hot water shower problem and explained to us the challenged for the system to provide constant hotwater when all guests shower at same time. Overall, it was a nice stay and we really enjoy the friendly hospitality!!

We had a fantastic stay. Deborah was always very response to our queries both before arrival and during our stay. The place and view were stunning and offered fantastic value. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

My family and I had a lovely stay. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and walking trails. It is very spacious with a fully functional and well setup kitchen with everything needed to create a few simple meals. We particularly enjoyed the incredible views of the lake, which we enjoyed while grilling dinner one night. We would certainly stay again and recommend this to anyone else.

I stayed at David’s with my husband and mum and dad and it was perfect! Really spacious with comfy beds and lounge area and a view to die for. Catching the bus into town was only $2 and left from the end of the street, there were also restaurants and bars within walking distance which we loved. Recommend this place if you’re looking for a spacious and comfortable base to explore Queenstown from.

My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

I just concluded a 4 week stay at Sun Peaks Villa. This was my second stay here and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it. The team at 'Relax It's Done' was so kind, responsive, helpful and just excellent overall. The home lives up to the photos and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Strongly recommend having a meal at the clubhouse, venturing out on the trails, and just enjoying as much time as possible out on the beautiful deck by the fire. Their property management and commitment to their guests is top notch; I'm looking forward to my next time in Queenstown and staying here or at another property this team manages.
