Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

There is a covered carpark that comes with this property, and all transport links to the airport and City Centre are so close and easy for you to use.

This is an independent townhouse with two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small outdoor garden. It is very convenient and free to use independently.
