Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

We had an excellent stay, the house has great views of the bay and is well situated. Car is needed but all the beaches are within easy driving distance. Mt. manganui beach was stunning and is a must. The house was well kitted out, we had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed playing in the garden.

We stayed here with our sports team for AIMS. Jess was very accommodating with our needs and even made room for a couple of extras. Location is close to the beach and not too far from the mount. House is clean and tidy. 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Jess even went out of her way to help us when someone forgot their toiletry bag. Thanks for letting us stay!

A beautiful spacious home with everything you need to enjoy a beach holiday. Our family of 7 were extremely comfortable in Tim's house and we especially enjoyed the BBQ deck area with the shade of the tree or umbrella on very hot days. It truly is just a short walk to the beach or a 35 min walk to the base of the Mount. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place! Great location and place had everything, we felt right at home. Hosts were awesome, very helpful and replied quickly. We couldn’t have asked for better :)

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Danielle’s home was immaculate, peaceful and way bigger than the photos make the house look! There was plenty of space to lounge around and the swimming pool and well kept grounds were an added bonus.

Stuart's place is 100% in everyway. A well presented home, has a well equipped kitchen, it could use a fry pan lid. Think maybe the bbq isnt used much, was a bit rusty. This didnt change me wanting to give a five 5 star review. The deep bath is amazing. The view, the privacy, and the quite space, were amazing, it was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was just what we were looking for. Wonderful host, friendly. Would re book if back his way again.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

You know when you walk in to an air BnB and you instantly feel at ease and like you’re going to have the best weekend because of the place you get to sleep is perfect, this is how I felt stepping into Raewyn and Rod’s property. It was clean to absolute perfection, the bathroom was really cool, the beds were great - comfortable as and the granola, as per other reviews was fab! The home made peaches were however my favourite and my dad loved the plum jam! It’s peaceful with a great view and ambient outdoor areas to soak up some sun. In walking distance from a cute coffee spot and the pub was great for food. My dad and I had the best weekend and we couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and highly recommend.

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Lovely stay. Amazing location - perfect to walk anywhere in the Mount. Tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loretta and Brian are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hosts, and even better stay, won’t think twice to book again!!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Un site magnifique, calme et lumineux. Belle maison impeccable accès possible au lac. Seules les mouches au coucher du soleil sont un petit bémol.
