Just up the road (walking distance) is the center of town with shops, restaurants, playground etc. This apartment has a 73 sq meter courtyard complete with BBQ and plenty of indoor, outdoor flow. Note: 1 x 2m max. parking space, otherwise free parking on road front.

Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.
