Ms. Edena is very responsive, even in the middle of the night 😅 (very helpful as I work graveyard) the place is very peaceful, everything is working. Pool is clean. We experienced a very short power outage and Had some wasp visitor on our first night but nonetheless everything’s almost perfect.

We'll never forget our stay in this unit - the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

We had a wonderful stay. Marian is very resposive, and helpful, and answered all our queries. The place is stunning, aesthetic, and very homey. The place is just a few steps away to the beach and restaurants esp to those who loves to walk. The place is very peaceful, perfect for those who wants to take a rest and to unwind.
