Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Georgetown Airbnb! The location was perfect, nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood, and within walking distance to its shops and restaurants. The host had local tips for dining and activities. The space was quiet and felt private, yet so close to all the action. Check-in was easy, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We particularly enjoyed the charm of this older home. Overall, this was an ideal base for exploring DC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm in Georgetown! Would definitely stay here again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Uche our host and the Victorian Xscape home was perfect for our family vacation in Alexandria. The home was beautifully maintained, exquisitely decorated with attention to details. Uche was responsive, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. His team even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to the home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen appliances, flatware pots , coffee maker, Nespresso maker, Instapot, pans , dinnerware which allowed us to make a beautiful family meal and make memories for years to come. He even provided us with a wonderful guide of places to visit that was family friendly. Anytime we are in the area we will be utilizing Uche properties for years to come. 5 star home and experience! We loved this beautiful house. We were in DC for a trade show and we chose it for its convenience to the Convention Center which is a very short (5 minutes) walk away. There is a Safeway supermarket 1-2 minutes walk away and the closest subway station is at the Convention Center. Everything feels safe and is very walkable: the National Mall, Capitol Building and the museums are all within about a 35 minute walk. Many good restaurants close by. You will hear traffic noise (it’s a city) but the road where the house is situated is quiet and tree lined. We loved eating meals on the roof deck and drinking morning coffee on the little front balcony. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking if you have a car. Would definitely recommend Sal’s place and hope to return.

Very nice place to stay & visit DC. 3 comfortable bedrooms & 2 nice bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Nice private back patio area to have some quiet outside time after a day of touring the city. Really enjoyed our stay. Good walking access to Metro, Union Station & H street restaurants. We would definitely go back & stay again. Thank you.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Thad’s place is cozy and welcoming. The space was great for 2 adults and 2 children. I loved the small details like a bottle of wine, water and capri suns for the kids. Parking was easy. Metro, restaurants and super markets are within walking distance. Communication was thorough and clear. Overall, I recommend Thad’s place and would stay there again!

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Hudson’s place was perfect for our DC Trip- I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Super convenient to everything, great walkable food places nearby, and Hudson was super responsive with our questions. We hopefully will be back soon and hope to stay with Hudson again!

The apartment is a stand out and was absolutely perfect for my trip! The walkability, access to food/coffee/groceries, and the apartment itself were exceptional. I highly recommend, but especially if you’re going to a concert at The Lincoln Theater during your stay.

Mooi en ruim sousterrain. Woonkamer met keukenhoek, ruime badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met goed bed. Parkeren met vergunning op straat, niet altijd voor de deur helaas, maar goed te doen. Op half uur lopen van het Capitool. En het metro station bij Union Station op een kwartier lopen. We waren er de drie nachten dat we er konden verblijven heel blij mee!

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

The place we stayed at was beautiful and had such a warm, inviting vibe that made us feel instantly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully set up and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was both charming and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

Great little spot to get some rest! We enjoyed our stay and loved playing in the grass out back. Host was super proactive and allowed us to check in early for a small fee. Washer and dryer was nice to have and the master bathroom was large and perfect. Had a nice walk in closet with a door to the bathroom. Nice living room setup for the kids to play games on the table. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Would recommend!

Mark was great. Extremely responsive. Check-in was a little tricky but Mark sent an extremely detailed instructions guide and video. Location and view were exactly as the pictures showed. Place was very clean. Great condo.

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!
