Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. Inside a well-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer combo, microwave and out door furniture are available for use. Pets and children are welcome. Little House is under a mile to downtown Mount Vernon and guests regularly walk there for dining, breweries and entertainment. Custom reccomendations are free!

This is a lovely, modern walkout-basement suite (2 private bedrooms with queen beds, full bath with tub/shower and warm-water bidet seat, living space with sink, quartz countertops, breakfast bar and large refrigerator--no stove). We live a quiet life upstairs with our old dog. Your suite and parking is all on one level, with no stairs or ramps. A small covered patio provides neighborhood ambiance and a place to relax outdoors.
