This newly built garden suite is directly across the road from an ocean passage which is frequented by marine wildlife such as killer, humpback and minke whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters and a variety of birds such as bald eagles. The interior has custom sequoia counters, stairs and shelving with cedar walls, fir trim and oak cabinetry, two skylights and California king size bed in the loft.
