Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Отличный дом для большой компании. Есть место для коворкига, отдельные спальни. Хорошее расположение дома и приятная приватная территория, никому не мешали и нам соответсвенно тоже. Понравилась зона для барбекю, в доме очень много посуды и приспособы для готовки. Хороший, приятный двор с террасой, качелями и навесами. Были в холодное время года, отопление справляется хорошо, также есть камин на первом этаже. Магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы. С радостью посетим этот дом в летнее время, когда будет работать бассейн. Отличный вариант на компанию в 10 человек.

Мы с семьей правели замечательное время в этом доме во время новогодних праздников. С самого момента прибытия нас встретили с теплотой и гостеприимством. Сам дом оказался идеальным сочетанием уюта и стиля, предоставив нам идеальное место для отдыха. Просторный, ухоженный, красиво оформленный – в нем было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение тоже было отличным – в тихом, спокойном районе, но в то же время недалеко от главных достопримечательностей Тбилиси. Зура и его семья замечательные хозяева, спасибо вам огромное!

Ситуация была такова,что требовалось срочно снять жилье,время было позднее и ранее не могли забронировать.Хозяйка квартиры сразу откликнулась,радушно встретила в позднее время и разместила.Квартира соответствует описанию,чистота и порядок.Спасибо хозяйке.Рекомендую.

Очень отзывчивая владелица, быстро, оперативно даёт все необходимые инструкции, плюс выдаёт уйму прекрасных советов, куда можно сходить в Тбилиси, как скрасить отпуск, за что отдельное спасибо:) Тихая, уютная комната прямо в старом городе, идеально для режима "проснулся и пошёл гулять по красивым местам" Есть всё необходимое в быту, очень рад, что нашёл этот вариант! stayed at cosey home for a week,felt right at home. the place matched the pictures. it was really clean and warm inside, and the host was super responsive. I could not charge my phone so she got her mom who leaves nearby bring me a 3-point outlet. thank you Shorena

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some railway tracks nearby, but during our whole week-long stay, I only heard a train once, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also super convenient - very easy access to the airport, with shops and restaurants close by. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with a lockbox, which made everything simple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

Nunu was a magnificent host. This was a visit with a difference and once Nunu was aware of the things that were needed, she really worked hard and beyond what was expected to ensure that our needs were met and surpassed! She became part of our family for the week and helped beyond expectation. The property, its location and equipment were again, beyond expectation. Short and inexpensive taxi journeys into the city and everything you need at your fingertips. The local shop was well stocked with friendly, helpful staff. In short, Nunu provided the perfect property in the perfect location and at the same time, went above and beyond what was expected. My family adored her.

Великолепное расположение. 1 минута до пешеходной улицы с ресторанами и оттуда минут 5 до метро Марджинашвили. В другу сторону 5 минут до Сухого моста и парка. Рядом с квартирой прекрасный недорогой погребок с очень вкусной едой. При этом это типичный старый Тбилиси. Очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Несмотрямна то, что комнатка очень маленькая, в ней есть все необходимое. Да еще и тепло зимой, так как там центральное отопление. При вощможности остановлюсь там снова.

A hidden and surprising gem. Made beautiful memories with the family. The beautiful views and fireplace stand out. Hated to leave. Highly recommend. The host was very friendly and informative. If I go back to Georgia, will definietly try to book the place again.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

host is friendly and easy to contact. the location was good.. near to lots of places. like 5 to 7 minutes away to old town tbilisi. theres supermarket close to the place. bars also 15 minutes walk. fabrika hotel is an art place that 10 minutes walk. theres boutique and resto to dine and drink with. even the arab street is near. also walk away to rustaveli avenue good place check out. the location of ninuca place was strategically good. her place was cozy and comfortable. set as utalirian where all you need to stay for a week was there. you can cook, wash clothes. heater is always working. there clothes heater also for towels that makes your towels and jackets dry and hot. basically nice place. AMAZING. Thank you ninuca.

Responsive and kind hosts. The home is warm and cozy. There is everything you need for living. One of the best places I visited during my trip. Special thanks for taking care of the cats :D

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

it was a great stay, spacious room and the location is perfectly awesome, there is many cafes, convenience store and restaurants just outside the compound. freedom Square is walkable just 5 minutes away..sir Nodar himself is very accomodating helpful and kind..🙏
