Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.

Cozy little room with bathroom and all necessary items to stay overnight in Mtskheta, former capital of Georgia with a wonderful location. The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Historical monuments, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and playgrounds for children are very close to the apartment.
